We rented electric bikes here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tony was an excellent host and the bikes were perfect. We highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Fantastic place to rent electric bikes. My girlfriend and I rented two of the elements (electric bikes with bigger off road type tires). Everyone was incredibly nice and informative throughout the booking and actual pick up/drop off.The location is perfect as it is right off of major bike trails that go all over and along the river with great sights. The bikes were great and super easy to use, not to mention a blast to ride! Highly recommend!We were both basically first timers and it was super easy and a great experience.

I perchased my boomerang from the Eden Prairie store prior to the opening of the Mendota Heights store. I'm SO glad they opened a store near me. I've had my 100 mile tune-up done here and they were great! Also purchased the basket I'd been waiting for. Excellent service. LOVE the store!

Everything was great. I had a nice ride on a sunday. The e-bike was perfect and comfortable. The lady working in the store was very kind. I even got a lock for the bike and a helmet with bluetooth connection. So I had no problems to listen to my "Komoot-App" guiding me through the aerea. The only thing I didn't like are the opening hours. 11 a.m. is to late starting a trip. And even at the weekend you have to return the bike til 3 p.m. A pick up at 9 would be great.

Really wonderful service. He was knowledgeable and super helpful! My beloved Pedego boomerang handlebars kept moving when I mounted the bike. He had it fixed in a flash and noticed a couple of other issues and fixed them on the spot! I bought a beverage carrier that adjusts up to a 36 oz drink, and he installed that as well. He had several types of saddle bags and carriers, including the saddle bags I had been looking at in the catalog, in stock. He showed me how each one would or could attach to my bike, and what each would be best used for. I got the perfect set for me, too. I couldn't be happier. We were there on July 17th, a Sunday, in the rain. He had another customer in the shop and was very good with him, as well. After showing several bike models he offered to let the man test ride any time. The man left, but soon returned to try the bikes. He rode two different models and clearly enjoyed the ride very much...rain or not! I was impressed by the dealer letting the test ride happen in the rain. Other places might have simply encouraged the guy to come back another day. I f you are looking for a bike, this is the place!By the way, we are from California, and we didn't buy our bikes from him. He knew it and never once indicated anything but a complete willingness to be of service! I wish I had written his name down.

I’ve had the best relationship with Pedego. Service is above five star. Anytime I need something from an adjustment in seat range to questions about anything they find me the answer. Service sales rentals are all done with them-at this store They are in a great location and so close to one of the most beautiful bike paths in the metro. If I have friends in town I will rent e bikes from Pedego and give a twin cites tour to my friends. Once my friends find out how much fun it is on an e bike they don’t want to stop. We are older so having something that is easy on your knees and body is great. I can’t say enough how easy an e bike is to ride. Please check this store out you won’t be disappointed. Go have some fun.

I had my first visit to the new Pedego store in Mendota Heights this morning. My husband and I joined the teams first group ride from the new store. The ride was well planned, organized and full of great sites. We enjoyed every minute.The new store is wonderful. It has great inventory and is in a nice location that is easy to access. Plus, it has beautiful paved trails near by, which was a nice surprise.The Pedego team is wonderful and always full of smiles. They truly enjoy what they do and seem to love sharing the joy of riding Pedego bikes. I am so glad we met them and purchased our bikes. Since buying our bikes in 2020, 5 other family members have purchased bikes from this team and are just as happy.

I had a great time on a bike tour led byPedego. We went from Mendota Heights tosouth of downtown St Paul. The trails ran parallel to the Mississippi River, so we had beautiful views. I also got a chance to check out their new store. A lot of room for new merchandise.

We rented electric bikes from here and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We purchased electric bikes elsewhere, but return for service, repairs and accessories.
