I was fired by living Well Disability services because I refused to physically force a man to go to work in the morning even if he was shaking his head no when I told him it was time to go to work even if he was kicking as hard as he could well he was being pushed into the van to go to work even though there were other staff that were at his house all day who could have watched him at home. I was told I was being fired instead of being allowed to work at other homes because it was common for living well to force people to do things like go to work that they didn't want to do because it was in their care plan. this decision was sanctioned by the management and I informed several members of the board of directors and did not hear back from them. In conclusion it is their policy to physically and verbally abuse their clients. I reported them to the state.

I lived at the Lakeville house for two years after my injury. I have been through three after. This is the place you want your family at. To start at the top Shelia W. Is one amazing lady, Mary is the best at organization and taking care of her clients end quote. As a care facility they are the example to follow. The care givers are all the quality of living well not that management doesn't take care of the residents and get them cared for medically.
