They cheat you out of money, especially if you're a woman. On my way to a concert in the cities about an hour away from home, something flew up as I was driving and put a hole in my fuel tank. This was on a Sunday. Monday morning Doug called me and informed me of the damages and stated that he recommends replacing my fuel pump as well because that will probably end up going out. About 1,300 dollars and a week later, I got my car back. Fast forward to two weeks later, my car wouldn't completely start. As luck has it this happened on a satueday. I had my vehicle towed to my auto clinic that I've been using for years. They called me on Monday and informed me that my fuel pump went out.. I called Doug back from Mendota heights who said he had to make a few phone calls and would call me back. Once he did, he informed me to call a phone number because there's a warranty on the fuel pump. To skip that long story, thankfully the damage was completely covered. When I went to go get my vehicle, I was informed that my fuel pump was not replaced what so ever by Mendota Heights. Mendota heights even sent video footage over trying to \\\"prove\\\" that they did, however, there was absolutely zero indication that it was. Furthermore, my fuel pump was completely filthy!!! Not only did I call, my dad Joe called, and my auto clinic called. Mendota heights never reached out to me to reimburse me my money. This is stealing and illegal!! But, they were right. My fuel pump did in fact go out!! If I could give a zero rating, I most definitely would! Not only did I have to drive back an hour, I paid WAY to much in the first place, and they didn't even replace my fuel pump. The fact that they didn't even reach back out once confronted about the situation to reimburse me the money I paid for the fuel pump just goes to show what kind of company this is. And now I keep getting texts asking to rate my service. Well, this is it! Go at your own risk! Scarlett T. GMC 08 Acadia

The best, most honest service I've had on my car that I can recall. Our 2 year old car was neglected being serviced (our fault) and when I took it in to the dealership, I was given a quote for a new engine for $16,000. I was considering scrapping the car. I had the vehicle oil flushed and brought it directly to Jeff, Sean and Doug at BP (Mendota/Rosemount - same owner). They did a full inspection of the vehicle and determined that I did not need a new engine. Two days later I am driving the car. I will never return to the dealership. I highly recommend these guys! Shop locally and support small business if you want honest estimates.

Love being told the bathroom is out of order when I have crohns. Pretty sure that's illegal too.

This has to be one of the best service stations around. I use this for our company vehicles and they always amaze me with their service. I would highly recommend this station. Everyone there is great to work with.

My car died at this gas station and Tom (the mechanic) started a diagnostic as well as jump starting my car at no charge. I can't thank you enough Tom. Thank you.

If your vechile needs a expensive repair sean will offer to buy it for "five dollars" as he says from customers who he knows cant afford it and will have to pay hardly anything to fix it and sell it for full BB. Also fires employees for invalid reasons and unlawfully holds there checks when someone is fired for any reason there check is due immediately

This station has been servicing the cars in our family since the day they opened. That's 3 generations of cars. This time, I was advised by the dealer my Rogue need ball joints et al and their price was over $2K. I did what I always do: I took it to Sean at the station and it was handled quickly at a reasonable rate PLUS they drove me home and then picked me up when it was done. AND I had my personal Sean coupon that saved me another $100. Yeah, so sometimes I still call it The AMOCO. Old habits die hard. But whatever you wanna call them, they are the best. Period.

I came in with a flat and didn't have an appointment or anything, and they were able to help me out immediately! They put a new valve stem on and it only cost me $20. They were friendly and helpful and I'm very glad I went!
