The tech ( sorry, forgetting his name) was great. Tad also called me and gave me an update. I dropped it off Monday and it was ready Wednesday.

“Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have.Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year.When I finally got my bike back Freewheelwent through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts.With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with.Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel)Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$”
“Hiding in plain site. I never had been in there or even knew about it. This is a great little bike shop, but is way bigger than it looks. You can't tell by their web site, but they have a Lot of stuff in there. One of the few places that also has used (fixed up) bikes for sale. They built a new bike for me, the process could not have been Smoother. Their greeter seems to like to sleep on the job, but no seems to mind at all. Go there !”
