They suck! Took my car in to get something simple fixed they left the car sit outside in the rain with the Windows down over night for the weekend. When I called about it they said repeatedly they'd get back to me. My car sat for a week and no one "got back to me" going to Frederick in Sauk centerfrom now on. Maybe they wont charge me $179.00 for a car battery. Very disappointed customer service in the shop is horrible.
