I went in today (11/25) and the guy working there, James was so helpful and had great customer service even though he was running the entire place by himself and had 4 other people waiting for help too. Fast and easy, got what I needed quick enough with a smile and good conversation. I do think they need more hires though, as James seemed a little overwhelmed by himself but still managed to give excellent customer service under pressure

Normally very decent place, always my first stop for parts. But lately been irking be a bit. What's with the attitudes lately? Do you guys need competent help? I've got 5 years behind the counter experience. I already have to find all.my parts in the books myself with the workers you currently have. I can accept that, but I cant accept the attitudes. So, the rest of this projects is going to the competition. See you on the next project.
