Very impressive collection of atv, side by side, boats, snowmobile, docks, and a ton of extra gear. Very clean and professional floor space. If they don't have what you're looking for, then it doesn't exist.

I'm not sure how they got my previous review deleted, but I'm back. Sept of 2023 I drove 95 miles to trade my 2021 zforce 800 expecting the 7k they said it was worth. I got there and the service dept. took it to look it over. An hr and a half later I'm saying what's up. They say the service dept. Says it needs a good $2,500 in repairs. It had 1300 miles on it and driven by me, a 76 year old who does meticulous maint. They said I had 3 bad wheel bearings and all the brakes were so bad they needed calipers and would graciously give me $5,500. I loaded it up and will never be back. A week later I traded with an honest dealer that gave me $7k and found NO problems. They listed it for $11,900 and sold it 6 weeks later. Boomerang tried to screw me big time. The sales guy was nice but the service dept and whoever made the call to screw me are unscrupulous. Beware if you trade or get service here.

I bought a Polaris snowmobile from these guys at Haydays 2022, due to Polaris recalls I was unable to take it home up there. Max from the Alexandria location was absolutely awesome to deal with throughout the waiting process! Drove 6 1/2 hours each way to take delivery and would gladly do it again! Being a young cash buyer, I've never had someone show me the respect these guys did. In a matter of 5 minutes from walking in, Ty and Max made me feel like I was family. Hope to deal with you guys again someday! Let it Snow!

Charged me $150/hr to clean around my turbo (rzr pro) that they needed to inspect for a recall. Not sure why it’s my problem how they do the inspection or what they need to do to get the recall work done, but they made it my financial responsibility to take care of it. I contacted other dealers (that will continue to get my business) and they have never heard of that and wouldn’t have charged me anything for a recall.Yes it was muddy. It’s an atv and I use it off road. I’d rather get a call asking if I’d like to wash it before continuing or if I was ok with an extra fee but that’s what you get for signing a form that gives them permission to work on it and they take advantage of it.

I live 100 miles from the Melrose showroom and bought a used boat in the Spring of 2021. There were problems with the starter two months after i picked up the boat. I called them twice to problem solve and finally took it back for them to inspect and evaluate the issue. They found and fixed the problem while I waited, and at no charge to me. I so appreciated the customer service!
