Are you looking for the perfect exercise program. Well, trust me, Zoyoga is it. This is by far the best deal around. You can join live zoom classes, (I personally try and do 3 live classes a week) or if the times don't work you can join a recorded video of a class of your choice. The classes alternate weekly between, Barre, Drum and Yoga Groove done to great music themes that change weekly all while Julie is instructing various moves that strengthen the body. There are also bonus perks that include, book club and monthly health challenges. Try it, you'll love it!

ZoYoga provides a variety of different exercise options to move your body! Julie does a great job of providing modifications during classes. Her music and choreography is spot on. I especially enjoy the drumming classes, check it out, super fun and great exercise!

I am always thrilled to take any of the classes offered by ZoYoga Fitness. Each class offers different styles and goals, as well as modifications for any fitness level. You'll have favorite classes you won't want to miss and recorded classes you'll come back to again and again. The prices are fair and it's easy to try out or commit to a membership.

I can't imagine getting through the week without ZoYoga! I do an in studio therapeutic yoga class, live zoom class with Julie, and use the content library to do a wide variety of classes with many instructors at my convenience . I love being part of a health minded , fun community. There really is something for everybody!

The classes offer an enjoyable and “sneaky” way to address and increase balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Julie covers all areas of fitness in a very compact 45 minutes with motivating music and inexpensive props. I have discovered this is much more enjoyable than traditional strength training and a new workout each week (I do it usually 3 times over the 7 days) covers all my muscle groups! She is a great motivator and her communication with me has made me a staunch user and supporter of ZoYoga Fitness.

Gym is well kept and maintained and you are always greeted with a smile or wave from Tana! I have loved my experience so much more since she started because of her welcoming presence and willingness to help/try new things with me, and everyone!

Been a member for 2 years and have never been disappointed. Lots of variety in class types and times to accommodate all schedules. Many wonderful adaptions have been made for COVID and the Zoom membership is a MUST for everyone, no matter how much (or little) time you devote to fitness! Highly recommend to all :)

I have been a member of Zoyoga & Fitness for a couple months now and have loved all the classes and teachers. There is something for everyone, whether you want more of a relaxing yoga class, or a more challenging class like barre fusion (this is my favorite). I love that the classes are different from week to week so I don't get bored. In addition to the regularly scheduled classes, there is a content library with lots of recorded classes that I can do at a time that is convenient for me. The owner Julie has taken the time to check in here and there to make sure I am having the best possible experience. I highly recommend!

I enjoy the different classes offered and like the music change ups done weekly. I’m not always able to make the live zoom class times so having access to the pre-recorded workouts is great as I can do it on my own schedule!
