This branch is never open when other banks and branches are. And, even when they are open, their drive up lanes are closed. As a parent with kids in the car, I need at least one drive up lane to be open to actually speak to the tellers and make transactions that cannot be made on their ATM's, even if there is a wait to speak to a teller in that line...
Always disappointed with this location.

I use to go to this bank before they almost went out of business and before they got new tellers/bankers. I am upset and disappointed that Wells Fargo doesn’t accept walk ins. I use to do walk ins all the time but that changed because of Covid. The banker Bert said it’s respectful to schedule an appointment. Well it’s not respectful to not accept all your customers just because they didn’t make an appointment. The bank was dead and no one was there. I’ve had an account with Wells Fargo for a long time and it was a simple request that wouldn’t take an hour.

Tried to come and make a withdrawal but was told I was unable to because it was too late in the day and they didn’t have the cash on hand at that branch. Its a bank! Have cash on hand for your account holders. Would not recommend

They want you to call them to make an appointment for some things. You call and you are in a loop to press this for that and it goes on and on. All I need to to talk to someone to make an appointment.

Waited in the teller line for over 15 minutes just a cash a check. Only 2 people working behind the counter and they were both helping the same person. Frustrating!

Wells Fargo as a bank is the worst company ever. One notory in the bank so you have to make an appointment for what should be an express service. There availability and Customer Service is terrible. As soon as I have the ability to change banks I am!

Stay far away from this Wells fargo in Medina. The service manager named Kay (an older lady with shoulder length white hair) and 2 Asian bank tellers were completely rude to me and refusing to cash my check regardless of how many separate identifying cards that I have, but because I don't have a bank account there or anywhere they refuse to cash my check even after 11 forms of id. I cash checks at Wells Fargo from customers I do work for ALL the time and never have been denied a check because I don't have an account. They always accept my I'd and insurance card. because I went to a Wells Fargo I normally don't go to, I even called and checked to make sure even though I didn't have an account if they would accept my insurance card and the woman replied yes so I continued to drive to this location. I am completely dissatisfied with this bank. I have never felt so degraded in my life. The woman who says she's a "service manager" named Kay really needs to either leave her job if she doesn't like talking to people or she needs to be talked to by her HR about how to treat customers and how to work her job. She also had an extremely huge additude after I asked her for her name and employee ID number so I can call and talk to her boss and she refused to talk down on me and told me she doesn't need to tell me anything. I will definitely be taking this as far up as I can. And never coming to this bank again. If your bank teller/service manager is Kay make sure you run the other way.
