We visited this Verizon location today and would ? recommend! After waiting 2 hours and still not getting served at the Maple Grove location last week this was a complete turnaround! The staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. They were fast and efficient! I will definitely go back to them again!

I went there today to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday and they actually ended up finding me a deal is going to save us $300 on our business account. Very knowledgeable easy to work with. This will be my go to Verizon store from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, specifically with Ethan! He was patient, super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up accurately. I offered to come back another day to finish, since it was past closing time, but he was not bothered at all! Such great service.

Apparently 4g is faster than 5g, because after a $100 increase in my bill for 5g I get slower speeds. I was told this my two new iPhones and two new 5g hotspots would be cheaper, but not only are they not cheaper they freeze up constantly.
