So, I have to say I have been avoiding the Hamel post office for quite awhile. There was a gentleman that worked there that was just awful. Today I went in there because I didn't want to drive far because I don't live that far from it and the young woman that was working there today was a breath of fresh air. Just very nice and pleasant. I certainly hope she has replaced the other man. It would be different if he was awful every now and then but, no he was just unfriendly and gave such bad vibes everytime I dealt with him. I am giving these 4 stars to that young woman.

Renewing our kids' passports at this small Post Office turned out to be an unexpectedly enjoyable experience, despite a few mistakes on our forms. Despite its modest size and having only two staff members, the office operated with remarkable efficiency. The individual assisting us was not only helpful but also added a touch of humor and kindness to the process, making our day and turning the passport renewal into a great experience.

I never leave reviews but I have to because I was treated so poorly multiple times. I actively go out of my way to avoid this place even though it's the closest to me. The old man that works here is the RUDEST person I've ever met.

Been going here for years. Staff is awesome. Smaller post office with a great community surrounding it. Very convenientthat the bank is next to it as well.

I love my little neighborhood post office! The staff is always so friendly, and when the front entrance was recently damaged George always met me at the back door before I even got up the ramp with a smile. Thank you, Hamel post office for being a charming part of our little downtown.

This is a Great Post Office with great customer service. I am also confused with negative reviews. I love this place because its small and I don't have to wait in line for 23 minutes like Plymouth and Maple Grove branches. You want bad customer service then go to those.
