I worked at this store for four years. I want to say there's always so much going on behind the scenes. The customer service here has generally been amazing, and while the availability is harder for it due to the city not allowing it to be built as a Super Target, they always try to find what you are looking for.
In addition, I have autism, and they mostly did what they could to accommodate me. I understand the complaint about my singing in the grocery section, for which I'm sorry.
Finally, the front end staff always do everything they can to facilitate a good shipping experience.
I will always miss this place. And I hope they continue to do well.
Goodbye, Target Medina. I love you.

Cashier didn’t look or speak to me i was literally the only one in line I even said hi and thank you. No response. Never told me my total- just stared at me until I paid.
Went over to starbucks inside the Target store and the barista LITERALLY SAID “hold on” and went to pet a RANDOM NON SERVICE PUPPY THAT HAD SLOBBER and came back to take orders and make drinks without washing their hands. Please do better. I asked and paid for a venti the first word I said was VENTI and they gave me a Grande.

My regular go to departmental store for most of the home & personal needs. Well maintained store, helpful & friendly people working in the store. Price check machines are very useful and returns also made easy.

Love Target and the experience I have at the store. I especially love Jen she’s always cheerful and we regularly talk. I call her joyous Jen. She brings such a bright light to my Target experience!
