I have bought multiple vehicles from Scott for myself & my family. Scott always has my best interests in mind. He takes times looking thoroughly for the right vehicle I’m interested in purchasing. He stands by the research in each vehicle & if something goes wrong, offers to fix it at his earliest convenience. Scott keeps you posted on repairs & gives you honest options putting you at ease. Great overall experience and I'd highly recommend Showcase. I've always shopped at large dealerships and hated the experience but felt more comfort in knowing there was a corporation behind the sale, but that is actually why I hated it and reason to use a small business, amongst all the other reasons shopping small business is good. After working with Scott, I'll never go back to a big box dealership again. Scott never made sales pitches or pressured me in anyway, and you could tell that he was trustworthy and genuine. He was extremely responsive and accommodating as well. His mechanical background was also a major plus - he could intelligently and accurately respond to all of my questions about the vehicle. Even after the sale and the 7 day warranty period, if I had questions or issues, he provided me the same level of service.

First off I wanted to say I support the small businesses and Scott Is a great guy unfortunately the GMC Acadia I purchased has gone downhill since my purchase. I’ve had to replace the brakes within six months of my purchase. I also had to replace the struts because the right one was bad and you have to replace both. The airbag light continues to stay on in my car which is a $1200 rewiring job. The light has been on for the most part since day 1. I brought it in and Scott fixed it, but only for maybe a week or so. Light still stays on....Now I just found out that my truck needs a new transmission and I don’t even have 100k miles on it. Normally I’m not someone to complain however when spending over $20,000 on something you would think I wouldn’t have to put an extra $6000 into it to fix issues.

Scott at Showcase Motors is the real deal. No “used car salesmen” here. He is professional, courteous, down to earth, and honest. We’ve never had a car buying experience go so smoothly or easily. We recently purchased our first car in 10 years from Showcase and it was so easy. Everything from the specs on the vehicle to the warranty options were explained in plain, honest, and intelligent terms. I never once felt “talked down to”. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new to them vehicle to consider Showcase Motors. They don’t have a large inventory, but what they have is good quality and well priced - they will also work with you to find a vehicle. Thank you Showcase Motors!

A great car buying experience with Showcase Motors! Scott addressed every question and concern we had, even after the purchase. Our 2010 Escape was in great condition, had everything we needed (along with some extras we enjoy), and was a great price. We are glad we found Showcase Motors online and made the drive to Medina!
