I can’t say enough good things about True Care Auto Repair. In over 40 years of owning new and used cars, I’ve never come across a shop like this. The owner is absolutely hands-on, and you can really tell he cares about his work. The level of service and expertise here is just off the charts. It’s so refreshing to find a place that’s honest and dedicated to getting things done right. I highly recommend True Care Auto Repair to anyone who wants a mechanic they can actually trust.

Read all these great reviews so sent my son there to have check engine light diagnosed on a Nissan Rogue. Team took advantage of his youth and overcharged him for a remanufactured alternator. He tried to resolve via email but was ignored. Really disappointing first and last experience. This is an unfortunate example of how auto mechanics get a bad name in general.

Rob is super knowledgeable! He fixed our AC so it works great now that summer is coming! He also made us aware that our brakes needed replacing which was very helpful since we were going out for a longer road trip soon! So much better to fix it now vs in the middle of a trip!!?

Rob changed all 8 sparkplugs on my 2003 F-150 truck and replaced 1 ignition coil for the low price of $865. He initially quoted me at $890, but was willing to go down a little bit lower if the labor didn't take as long as he had anticipated. As it turns out, Rob got done 15-20 minutes faster than he projected so he lowered my bill accordingly. Plus, he didn't charge extra for the parts he purchased on my behalf. He only billed me for the labor. He was very busy with other customers but was still willing to squeeze my project in, on a weekend nonetheless. He responded to all my phone calls promptly. I was so happy with the service that I decided to have him work on another one of my pickup trucks. I am dropping it off today and excited to work with Rob again! A++++

I get all my car repairs done here. There are many places to go for car repairs but only a few that I can trust to fix things correctly and at a fair price. True Care is one of those.

Rob and his team take care of our fleet of vehicles that range from 1 ton cube vans to Honda fits. They are very responsive to our time sensitive needs to keep our fleet on the street so that we can keep our customers satisfied!
