“Robert is an exceptional insurance agent who always prioritizes his customers' needs and tirelessly works to secure the best deals for them. When I first met Robert, I was facing a challenging situation. State Farm unexpectedly terminated my coverage and provided misleading information regarding the notification process. This action was taken due to an increase in the number of claims I had filed. It's important to note that these claims were non-fault claims, with the exception of one incident where I experienced a flat tire and utilized State Farm's road side assistance. Unfortunately, the service provider failed to properly secure the tire, resulting in subsequent damage to my vehicle. Despite the circumstances, State Farm was unwilling to acknowledge any responsibility and instead chose to drop my coverage without prior notice, while also tainting my record with false information.
