Everytime I come here for a fill and car wash the pumps are out of paper. Forcing you to go in and get a copy with the wash code from the clerk… super annoying

Propane refills are difficult to get here. They have the tank, but no one wants to help you refill your tank. Tonight the guy behind the counter flat out refused. Consider taking your business elsewhere, I know I will.

I’ve purchased gas here many times and it seems like they just don’t care. The price that was on their sign was $3.549. The price at the pump, $4.049. Seems like it should be a pretty simple update or even automatic. After being annoyed by that, I went in to get a propane exchange. The price, labeled on the outside was $25.99, rung up at $26.99. There were 2 people behind the counter and another in the store that I could see. I’ve never worked at a gas station but it seems like something that should be checked or done, pretty easily. Again, it seems like they do not care about the business they are running.

Take care here there is some Unprofessional employees they give me the receipt of car wash while the car wash isn’t working when i back to them they said we can’t refund you money come anther day and I’m traveling to out of the state always ask if the car wash working before you take the receipt.

Pumps play ads constantly, even before you start pumping gas. No option to mute.

I went to the holiday in Medina and I saw a guy named abdi who helped me he asked me how my day was going . This was one of the best interactions I have had with cashiers they usually don’t ask . Great customer service

Never know when they are going to be open or closed, not sure the owner knows or cares either. Same with the part time at best car wash.

Drove there specifically to get my 30# propane tank filled. Went inside and asked to have my tank refilled and the lady looked at me like I was a huge inconvenience. I mentioned that I had a 30 lb tank which is slightly larger than the 20 lb grill size. She told me that she and her co-worker had not been trained to fill anything but the grill sized tank and could not help me. Wow.
