What a great experience we had here! We were shopping for new seating furniture in our basement tv room and didn’t have anything too particular in mind. Holly did an awesome job with helping us narrow down the options and finding the perfect couch and recliner to fit our needs. She was also great at explaining all the discounts, payment, and warrantee information. We would shop there again and ask for Holly!

Our salesperson, Stephanie, was great! She stuck with us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I had to return one of the stools because it didn't fit, and that went smoothly. I will shop there again for any future furniture needs.

We went to Furniture Mart to look for new living room furniture. Holly Laite was wonderful. She let us know she was there to answer any questions we had or help find something if we knew what we were looking for. She wasn’t pushy. She didn’t follow us around. She really knew how to read the room. She knew before I did when I found what I wanted. Again, only approached when I’m assuming heard us talking and asking each other questions. She answered them and left us be again. We then continued to browse. Ended back at the same set. She offered that we could bring fabric/color samples home if needed. We did that. I went back the next day to purchase it. When I got there another lady asked if I needed help. I asked for Holly. Then I heard her, I will be right with you. She remembered my name. I’m terrible on names, so that’s impressive. She finished helping the other couple and was right there. I even ended up buying an accent piece. She was very helpful with colors and patterns from the furniture to the pillows to the style of accent pieces. She gets 5 stars in my book. Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and explained everything right down to the protection plan I purchased. Thank Holly!

Quick thank you to Stephanie at Furniture Mart in Medford, MN.My mom was shopping for new living room furniture. She had an idea of what she was looking for, she just needed to find it. After checking a couple of other furniture stores, we stopped at Furniture Mart and were greeted by Stephanie. Stephanie listened as mom described what she had in mind, then she introduced mom to a particular brand. The selection of styles, materials, colors, and prices made it even easier for mom to find what she was ideally looking for. Stephanie introduced a couple of options and then politely excused herself to allow mom time to process all of it. She returned after an appropriate amount of time to see if mom had any questions. Which she did and Stephanie answered each one with clarity. She was patient and not pushy whatsoever. Even when mom said that she felt compelled to shop some more, Stephanie graciously gave mom her card and explained the current incentives. She was great to work with.Ultimately we checked one other store and quickly returned to Furniture Mart and Stephanie. Why? Because Stephanie thoroughly listened to what mom wanted and confidently showed her EXACTLY what she had in mind. On a side note, I was surprised that mom made her buying decision so relatively quickly, as that's not generally her nature. But, I understood why. Because Stephanie was so effective at showing mom what she wanted.Mom is thrilled with her decision and her purchase. Not only did she get the right furniture, but she was also able to pick custom colors/fabrics to suit her style.Mom had a GREAT buying experience, thanks to Stephanie.If you're in the market for furniture of any style, I would suggest Stephanie at Furniture Mart in Medford, MN. I know I'll visit her for our next furniture needs.Thank you, Stephanie. :)
