“Furniture Mart in Medford is the most cooperative store to deal with. Our sales person was Holly along with the store manager, Allen, were very cooperative. After a very heated conversation (on my part) concerning the price, they understood what I was saying and we agreed on a price and order my sofa. “Literally the BEST experience I've ever had at a Joann Fabrics. And I've been to all of the locations in the metro and Central MN. I highly recommend the Faribault location if you have a choice. I had a very large amount of fabric that I was helped with at the cutting counter by two of the staff members and instead of being annoyed by my heaping carts full of fabric (like every other location treats me) they were warm, welcoming, kind, and were cracking jokes to keep the mood light and the line that was forming entertained. This was above and beyond my expectations for customer service at this store, so much so that I needed to write a raving review as my customer experience seems to be on the decline at many stores lately. I was just blown away by how pleasant my experience was here. Keep up the great work and give the guys there that helped me out a raise ;).”
