Holly did an awesome job with helping us narrow down the options and finding the perfect couch and recliner to fit our needs. She was also great at explaining all the discounts, payment, and warrantee information. We would shop there again and ask for Holly!”

“Literally the BEST experience I've ever had at a Joann Fabrics. And I've been to all of the locations in the metro and Central MN. I highly recommend the Faribault location if you have a choice. I had a very large amount of fabric that I was helped with at the cutting counter by two of the staff members and instead of being annoyed by my heaping carts full of fabric (like every other location treats me) they were warm, welcoming, kind, and were cracking jokes to keep the mood light and the line that was forming entertained. This was above and beyond my expectations for customer service at this store, so much so that I needed to write a raving review as my customer experience seems to be on the decline at many stores lately. I was just blown away by how pleasant my experience was here. Keep up the great work and give the guys there that helped me out a raise ;).”
