This place is nasty nasty. Stunk of the strongest urine smell I've ever encountered. Pet areas were dirty. It's just awful. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Real nice guy and great variety of critters..but he needs to CLEAN
Also a tortoise had a severely overgrown beak,, it will starve to death if it's not taken care of...but I didn't want to offend by saying so.

Horrible stenchy animal abusing pet hell. Do not patronize this place until they start deep cleaning their animal enclosures and treat these animals humanely. And what the heck died in those front windows? Breathing in that much ammonia is hazardous to your health not to mention the poor animals.

Every animal there was miserable and all enclosures were dirty and unkempt. Even the parakeets were just sitting on a branch not moving, just sad. The smell was terrible

My son and I have been trying to get an aquarium up and running. We were able to get live plants for our aquarium. We have well water and trying to get it habitable for fish has been a process. We were there multiple times to have our water tested. Staff was knowledgeable as what we needed to do at each step. Offered products but were never pushy about. Barry also was very kind to my kids each time were in the store. My son is very happy with his fish

Awesome selection! The Store and Animals are well kept. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. It has Been our primary pet store since 2020.

A really neat store, a lot of products for exotics. Animals looked to be in really good shape from what I could see. I would go there more if I didn't live 2 hours away. I docked a star because there is a really strong ammonia smell
