I go to this place at least everyday to get my usual. They always have it there which is perfect! But the service is just a joke. Came in one day to check some things out and an employee came up to the register asking me if I would like to come back to work, I declined. I’m assuming he got butthurt about it and told me “Jesus loves me”. I’m aware that he does, but if you say that to every customer then he shouldn’t be here because if he says that to the wrong dude, it probably won’t end well.
Another issue with the employees. I’m always there to use my rewards, especially when they have great deals on the app! I don’t know the kids name, but he always skips on the rewards. I remind him time to time but he still skips it!! One night he asked an attractive young lady if she had it, but when it was my turn he straight up didn’t ask and skipped it. Asking the customers if they are earning rewards should be at least of their priorities! Kid is always on his phone while helping customers which is a complete joke.

Workers need more training and to stop being on their phones. I accidentally bought the wrong car charging port (yes, I acknowledge that was my fault) and asked to refund. The employee at the counter told me she didn’t know how to refund and dismissed me by looking at her phone with her screen on Facebook. So I asked if there was another solution, and she told me she didn’t know how to refund and that her manager won’t be in until tomorrow then AGAIN went back to looking at her phone. I can’t come in tomorrow cause I’m driving back home 5 hours out of MN. So she told me to just switch it out. When I looked at the shelf again, there wasn’t anything remotely the same price and asked her the process in switching products so maybe I can just get some food items instead. Welp, she didn’t know and went back to her phone. I literally could’ve just risked her job by picking something much more expensive of value but my conscience won’t let me act out on my intrusive thoughts.

Pretty sure I heard banjos playing when I walked in this place . Diff'rent kind a folk be workin en deh . Strong Deliverence vibes if ya know what I'm saying . Got the big slice of that piece of pizza pie though , so it was worth the stop . Twenty in gas too . Had to battle through not one but two roundabouts though to get there . Nothing good comes from Britain , is the world ever gonna learn ?

TP rolls were loose and stacked on the trash can in ONE stall, paper towel similarly just out on the sink counter. There's only one guy and he has to man the register, so make sure you find the TP before you pee - or better yet, stop at the Kwik Trip 3 miles south.

Closed before 5pm no signs all pumps off you could not even use card outside to get gas

Our pizza was so salty we couldn't even eat it. Was not happy with Casey's pizza

This Casey's is always clean inside & out, store is organized & always welcomed with a hello. Shelves & cooler are always stocked & their food is amazing.

My pizza was absolutely disgusting. I don't think it was fully cooked and i know they did not follow instructions that i added for toppings.

Clean, nice staff, hot coffee breakfast burrito was awesome. Anyone complaining here takes a gas station too seriously.

Pulled in on 2 different occasions with the store closed for lack of staff.
