DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I brought my Jeep here to have them replace the stabilizer bars. Less than a week later I was having the same issue clunking in my front end. I brought it back and they just wanted me to leave it there for when they had time to look at it. They said they wanted to tear it apart and investigate. So you know exactly what that means! $$$$$ Then I was dumb enough to make an appointment for another vehicle that I have that I'm having issues with! I talked to the owner on the phone and he said what do you expect us to do! Again he just wanted me to leave the vehicle there for whenever they had time to get to it! Again he wanted to tear apart this vehicle and investigate. Totally my fault for being that dumb to try them again! They just think people can go without their vehicles until they are ready to fix them! Never again!

I had to have a car towed to Meyer's when I was a couple hours away form home, and I broke down. They got the car in right away, and called me the very next day with an update. The engine was blown, but they pointed out that it might be under a manufacturer warranty extension for known issues with the motor. I checked and they were correct. I'll need to get it towed to a dealer, but that information was super helpful, and no charge for looking at it. They easily could have said nothing, and/ or charged me for diagnostic. These guys are always great to us. They are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things. The only draw back is they can be hard to get into sometimes because they book up quick.
