Absolutely impossible to work with!

Just went in for some help cashing some bonds and before I could even talk to anyone the "teller" shouted they didn't do HH bonds. Not only was she extremely rude, but wouldn't even listen while I was trying to explain what it was I needed. This branch in Marshall definitely needs much improvement, or close it if there isn't enough help to be helpful.

I go there often and they are always polite and friendly. Every once and a while the line is long but they get through it fairly fast.

Great staff! Have seriously improved over the last couple of years! I am so happy when I go in to wells fargo now everyone knows me and asks about my family and pets. Wonderful place to visit

Friendly tellers, lots of covid precautions in place. Banker sat down with me to open a new account and had me set up in no time, without any attempt to "upsell" me on junk I don't need. Definitely not the same bank it was a few years back.

Their customer service as a company is poor, there is so much verification done, and when I ask for a simple stop payment to a company they still let it go through because it's not a "reoccurring" payment and they charged it as a one time fee as if that should make a difference... I don't care, I called for a stop payment don't let someone charge my card. Apparently if someone just decides to charge your card and Wells Fargo doesn't see it as a reoccurring charge you're screwed. Unless you dispute it and MAYBE get your money back in like a month.

Typical for a terrible bank. 1. Over the weekend the online banking system reflects their actual banking, slow sluggish and seriously in need of update. 2. On national news they've been accused and found guilty of fraud and theft on two counts. 3. If you apply for a loan your application isn't reviewed by a professional, your just another number with calculations reviewed by a computer in the back pocket of some CEO elite. Don't ask Wells Fargo for help. It would be wise for anyone looking to open an account to search first for a credit union, not this bank for sure.
