Your employees in electronics are rude. Poor behavior. I have complained about the blond girl with glasses. very snobby attitude. Conner as well. Needed help when buying a phone. Did not want to help. where snotty about it. Conner lipped off to me 2pm 2-2-23. I went to complain to front end manager. I'm making a request you terminate those employees in electronics. The old employees helped me. And did not ignore me and be snobby. I have heard from others that your associates in electronics are snobby and rude. Need to be fired. You got new management. How about letting go some people. Get somebody that will help customers. And not have snotty attitudes. I only gave one star. Will change when you hire new employees in electronics.

The Walmart is getting much better. Cleaner and stocked better. Employees need to be more proud of how much better the store looks. Customer service needs to be worked on. But in the passed 3 months we have seen a huge improvement on the cleanup of the inside of the store. Keep up the great work!

Walmart is just so darned convenient. They have just about everything. The parking lot is huge. And its generally pretty easy to check out and pay for your stuff. Today was a decent experience. The parking lot was clean and there was no trash, though it could have been the high wind today. Cart corrals needed attention. Inside the store, mostly tidy and only a few areas where there were items missing. The grocery area was well stocked and I found my travel snacks. They are converting more of the registers over to "scan & go" stations so if you like doing Walmart's work for them then you'll be good. [Review 17856 overall - 87 in Minnesota - 1377 of 2022.]

The Marshall, MN Walmart is not following the CDC guidelines for social distancing. No effort was made to limit the number of people in the store. No directional arrows were provided. Walmart staff was apathetic to observing social distancing. When we called to discuss our concerns, we were told that staff had the choice of wearing masks or not. This is concerning knowing that we wear masks to protect others, not ourselves. Therefore, staff are allowed to choose whether or not the public is protected, and most chose not to. Finally, my elderly parents ordered an item online and were told curbside pick up was not an option. I went to pick it up, which involved walking to the back of the store. Two separate associates walked past me, and one directed me to push a button to call a different associate. I was then asked to sign his device screen with my FINGER! No stylus, no hand sanitizer or wipes. When I questioned this, he said: "This was how corporate wanted it done, so it must be safe."

We ordered 12 large cheesecakes for a large party from the bakery at this store. On the pickup date we arrived and they had no record of our order. We are very disappointed that the store could not even get a simple order right.

This is our everyday shopping store. The store itself have a decent customer service and the workers there are nice but the stockers aren't that friendly when you ask them a question. Also we always order cakes/cupcakes here but they have a really poor service there at the bakery and the deli. Bakers are always in the back and we always have to wait at least 15 min before someone comes out (to grab or do something out here) and see us waiting there. Yesterday though was the first that we waited pretty long and no one came out (@the bakery). The cake book was not out too as we wanted to order a cake and some cupcakes. The deli people were working at their area and for that period of time, not once did they come and ask if we need anything (I know it's not their area but if they knew the baker wasn't here, at least be friendly enough to come and tell us there's no one there). Instead, I went over to ask the deli people and (there was a big guy and another lady there) the big guy totally ignored me as I was talking to him. I said, "excuse me..he ignored me.. so I said excuse me sir?" And he walked away towards the other side of the deli so I walked towards him over there and I said "excuse me sir?" (Mind you, they didn't have any customers at that time) and I guess it was obvious that I was talking to him so he turned around and didn't say anything to me. I asked him if he knew if there's anyone over here at the bakery and he said no, no one's there. I told him I would like to order a cake and some cupcakes but I don't see the cake book and he said the baker is on vacation and just walked back towards the other side of the deli. My husband cAme and we were talking because I was telling him what happened and the big guy decides to come over to the bakery and grabbed a paper like he was going to take our order but when he flipped the paper the the counter he did it with an action as if he was forced to help us and flipped the paper kinda hard on the counter. The lady from the deli than told him they're not supposed to be taking any orders til the baker comes back. So with an attitude, they big guy said "Okay, we're not suppose to take any orders than." And he mentioned that the baker will be back on Wednesday or Thursday but she only works 2 hours and they don't know which 2 hour she's coming in. I appreciate them help us like that but their attitude wasn't so friendly. Plus I think if the baker is on vacation, they should have a sign up or something letting us know instead of having us wait for a long time and at the end, we couldn't even order a cake too. It was a waste of our time. I think they should hire more bakers so if one is on vacation, the other one is still there. Plus they should have a bell or a call button there (like they do with electronics, fabric, and the fish area). I was disappointed as we live 30 min out of Marshall and we couldn't even order a cake.

This seems to be your average Walmart. They have the full grocery store along with all the other Walmart items. My mother uses the pharmacy at this location and the staff there seem friendly and helpful. They even have a service of mailing the prescriptions as needed. Very helpful when mom's home is 40 miles away. As it seems at most Walmarts, there are usually only a few cashier lines open at a time.
