I had my daughters first birthday party here . They were very nice and great to work with. We also stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean . I would recommend to anyone.

Generally the place was clean with little signs of wear and tear. Rooms were good sized. Price was very good. If you're in Marshall MN this is a good place to spend the night.

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding with sleep inn. From the start they were tough to work with. Took numerous phone calls to speak with a manager who could book the block for us.We also booked a few rooms with the block for ourselves and a few family members. We were charged the full rate instead of the block discount. Not a major issue but certainly annoying when trying to do bulk business.Lastly, we had some guests book for both Friday and Saturday because they would be showing up Saturday and couldn’t wait to check in at 3pm. Sleep inn acknowledged this and said it would be fine. When they arrived they were told the reservation had been cancelled, the room given away, and no rooms were available. When asked what options they had, a sleep inn employee told my pregnant friend “she should have planned accordingly”.Not only did they lie to them, but then to be told that in a vulnerable state while traveling, and not be given any other suggestions is unacceptable.In the end a room “miraculously” appeared open. And when asked if they’d like to know the price and replying no, the employee said “I guess you don’t have any options anyway”.I hope no one ever has this experience again with sleep inn. And I recommend you go else where with your hotel needs. If you have any issues make sure to stand your ground as some employees will be unprofessional and certainly unhelpful.

I’m a Marriott business traveler and was a little worried at first as I’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, but let me tell you, one of the best sleeps I have had all year! The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, room is comfy and updated, breakfast is solid, WiFi is fast and the room air conditioner made my room an ice box (which I love). Highly recommend. Great stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. The showers have great water pressure. The staff are very nice. The breakfast had many options.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast and fair prices. However, be aware that some amenities, specifically the Treadmill and the HotTub are currently out of service.

I booked and pre-paid thru Expedia 2 rooms. We arrived and Susan said she had given our rooms we already had paid for to another guest and they were booked and wouldn’t even let us in the hotel. Susan said she didn’t know how to find Expedia on her computer to see about a refund. Expedia was contacted and the end result is that Joe the hotel manager isn’t going to refund even after all he needed was for us to give him the front desk lady’s name (Susan) and even though we got her name Joe isn’t going to issue a refund. We have never experienced this before such horrible customer service with Sleep Inn and Expedia. They have charged my credit card $291 for rooms we paid for and they would not let us in to stay in our rooms we paid for ahead of time! Shame on you Sleep Inn and Shame on you Expedia for ripping your fellow human off of their hard earned monies!

The team double charged me for my stay. All good - mistakes happen. I called back to ask for assistance in addressing this and manager "Joe" was extremely rude in our dealings, even AFTER admitting that they made a mistake and double charged me. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. How about using that energy to train your team properly instead "Joe"?

Had a wonderful stay here. Quiet, clean, kind staff, free coffee/tea in the lobby, workout room, nice hot tub and small pool. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was big. Bed and pillows were great! We slept so well and would absolutely come back if we were in the area.There was no fan in the bathroom— seemed like an odd choice. Would also love to see some dairy-free options at breakfast, or allergen labels for folks who need that.

Dirty rooms, very poor breakfast and if you have kids do not bring them there. Nancy the manager was very unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating. Not a friendly hotel at all. Better luck going down the road.

Hockey Team - Sleeping was ok and rooms were presented well but rules were a bit much. Parents could not congregate in the lobby like sports teams always do, there was a hotel wide curfew at 10PM & the staff was rude. If you come in for a sports event/tournament BE WARE!

We all slept great. I didn't expect for housekeeping to come while we were away (as so many hotels now don't have housekeeping unless it's an "extended stay") .. so I feel bad that we left it kind of a disaster. But we got fresh towels, a new set of soaps, etc. I'm sure they would have made the beds, if we hadn't left our bags on them. Pool was nice and warm. Lots of breakfast choices - both hot and cold. The Be Rested tea is so so good. It was really awesome to sneak down to get a cup before bed.

Should be 0! First hot tub didn't work then the whole pool and hot tub got closed! The main reason I stayed here was to bring my daughter swimming! The guy at the front had no info on anything! Not impressed by the room eather it's really small.......
