Walked in, read the sign that says to ring the bell for walk-in customers. I rang the bell, someone came out and said they don't accept walk-ins. She took my name and number, said someone would be in touch to set up an appointment. Multiple days go by, no one got in touch. Do not recommend for new customers. Also tried to call multiple times, no answer.

Had my haircut done by Shan. I came in with an unusual request and she was all in. It turned out wonderful. Could not be happier.

They were more worried about making sure my hair was just the way I wanted it, rather than taking my money, rushing, or making me feel uncomfortable, like other salons. Great great place. Definitely recommend!
