My appointment was at 0800 I came at 0725 and they told me that my appointment is at 1400 I tried to show them on my phone and the black tall guy in the office with bald head don’t want to listen to me and he told me to go come back at 1330 horrible please

Just got here @0400 (early is on time) just to scope out the lot and be ready. Sign at the entrance is pretty self explanatory and I’ve got a photo posted to help y’all out. There’s some parking out of the way down at the far end of the lot if you get here before they open as I and another driver did. I’ll provide updates as they open and get to hit a dock.So far so good. Checked in at 0700 for 0800 appointment. Gave me a dock right away. Said they’ll try to get me started before my appointment which is great. Friendly warehouse guys and yard dog. Big plus!Unloaded in just under an hour and out of here right at my appointment time. Thanks guys! Would definitely deliver here again!

Delivery of supplies here, I found out after arriving, is absolutely by appointment only. Only one other truck here at 7am and now 8am but they still won't put my trailer to a dock door. My appointment to load in Chicago was 1pm yesterday but they loaded me at 7:30am when they opened. This is not a friendly company to come to.
