My appointment was at 0800 I came at 0725 and they told me that my appointment is at 1400 I tried to show them on my phone and the black tall guy in the office with bald head don’t want to listen to me and he told me to go come back at 1330 horrible please

Delivery of supplies here, I found out after arriving, is absolutely by appointment only. Only one other truck here at 7am and now 8am but they still won't put my trailer to a dock door. My appointment to load in Chicago was 1pm yesterday but they loaded me at 7:30am when they opened. This is not a friendly company to come...
