My son and I had a phenomenal experience. We needed a to replace a phone that wasn't working, and my work schedule didn't allow for me to go during business hours the next day. We arrived 30 min prior to closing. The store was packed and everyone was busy. We were greeted, told a wait time, and ensured we'd get assistance, even though the staff knew they'd end up staying late for us. Between Seth and Trevor we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Good work guys! We appreciate you!”
