We were in Marshall for our son’s basketball tournament, home is an hour and a half away. Our front right caliber locked up and we were calling around to every mechanic in town, and Marshall Alignment just happened to swing by his shop and answered the phone. They were closed and it’s a Sunday. He told my husband they are closed and unfortunately couldn't help. However he called back and said he has been there and asked us to bring our car in and he would take a look at it. He fixed our car, was so incredibly nice to my family, and he has great jokes! You don’t run into people like this shop very often and it was a great reminder there are still good people in the world. I hands down recommend

The guy that owns Marshall alignment he is very respectful, he cares for his customers and he also can make you laugh! He is a really down to earth guy. Never met him only went there one time and he helped me out a lot before my trip to Georgia!! 10/10 recommend him. He cares about his customers!!

***** has to be one of the best and most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I (female) have had issues with multiple vehicles and he can always get me squeezed in. His pricing is always more than fair. He's always great for a laugh! He's got quite the sense of humor. If you are looking for anything fixed on your vehicle (Sorry no oil changes), he's the man to call!

This one of the most honest place to bring your vehicle for repairs and or Alignment. Steve will point out to you the problem on your vehicle so you know what's wrong with it and he doesn't repair anything else without your permission.

Outstanding little shop. Kinda hole on the wall but the guy who runs the place was friendly nd was able to address the issues with my truck in a remarkably timely fashion. The service is totally worth the struggle to find this little place.
