The lack of communication is horrible. They make promises and cannot follow through on them on time and you are not sure if the things they promised you will happen or not as no one contacts you. Since the purchase of my vehicle, I had to call multiple times for the past 10 months because they said they would solve my problem but nothing has happened or at least given me updates about what is going on. Only when the time for my moving out of the state was getting closer. In the beginning, I understood that the part I was waiting for was in backorder but it has been 10 months and I moved out of the state about 3 months ago; which I told them around month 3-4 of waiting. Just a terrible experience overall. And here I am still waiting for a callback.

They are professional, and prompt in providing service. The communicated with me how the work was progressing as I waited. They are also friendly.

Excellent Service department. I needed work done on my Ram truck, called 2 other places and it was a 3+ week wait. Called lockwood they got me in within 2 days, I dropped the truck off early and they got started early and I had it back and ready to go before my scheduled appointment time even came up. Highly recommend.

I purchased a car at Lockwood Motors a week ago. Within a few days it broke down. The car I purchased was purchased " as is" Lockwood motors had no obligation to help me. When I called they felt bad. With in 12 hours they towed my car in and gave me a loaner car. They fixed the problem at no charge to me. These are honest people. They care about their customers. I highly recommend them if your looking to purchase your next car. Thank you Lockwood motor you earned my trust and business.

Went to Lockwood's to get the oil changed in my work truck. They are very efficient at their job I wasn't there very long and they were done with the oil change. I will be going back there with my work truck because I can get it done on a Saturday so it doesn't interfere with my work days. Thank you Lockwood's

Excellent experience again! Lockwood Motors is my go to for most of my vehicles. The employees at Lockwood are friendly and actually seem to care about my vehicle, unlike some other dealers in our area.
