For many months in a row now, we call in our med refills. The automated service says meds will be ready at a specific day/time. We show up after that time and we get told the meds are "on a truck to arrive the next day". This last time we were told Friday, show up Friday evening and are told to come back Saturday. We show up Sunday and they STILL aren't ready. During this time, we call in another med refill on Saturday and the automated system says to pick up Monday at 3pm. I show up at 4:25pm Monday to get all meds (including the friday meds) and get told "they are on a truck for delivery tomorrow, do you need them today?" Yes! I do! I also have 3 other meds called in that are needed. They tell me it will be a 20 minute wait. Not too impressed, but ok whatever. After a FORTY FIVE MINUTE WAIT I finally get our meds. This has been a recurring issue for 4 months now, but having to wait FORTY-FIVE MINUTES was beyond acceptable, especially as they contined to fill other people's that came after me. I saw at least 30 people get helped after I arrived before I got my meds. I will be moving to a different pharmacy. This was a horrible experience that gets worse every time we try to get meds. One of which is life or death to have.....

Corey is amazing. Acoupld other pharmacists at hyvee have been very helpful. Those few really makes me feel like I matter while he helps me figure out insurance issues. Obviously nor everyone is awesome, but they have three that are really good.

Wow! I can't believe how bad the customer service is. I've never had a pharmacy "missplace" my prescription before. Very un professional and rude staff

Called twice. First person was short and rude. Seemed to be bothered by me even calling. Second person was short and kind of snippy but wasnt quite as rude i guess? The times i've been in person the pharmacy was defintly a disorginzied mess.

We popped in a few times while we visited my in laws. They have a great produce section. The raspberries "on sale" were particularly delicious. We also tried the cheese curds which also exceeded expectations. Then we got some very expensive chicken that we turned into fried chicken. Apparently the local chicken farmers lost their livestock so prices were higher than normal. The employees were friendly and helped me find everything I needed.

Always have to wait 3-4 days for a med refill. Will DEFINITELY be switching pharmacies! This pharmacy has gone hill with both customer service and getting meds filled on a timely manner.

What rude people who work here. Every time I needed a prescription, I would stand right up at the counter and every worker would just look at me and ignore me. Hello, I'm not standing there for fun. Then after about 5 minutes, I would say "excuse me, I need to pick up a prescription." Snotty looks and act like I'm putting them out. No professionalism

I would like to see masks worn. The store was very busy and there were two people wearing masks..,me and a cashier. Covid cases are rising quickly in Lyon County.

Was told that they don’t accept goodRx here and that they shouldn’t have prior (after having used goodRx before)Unfortunately this delayed a medication I’m out of by at least another day.

Very rude workers inside that pharmacy! Sometimes will ignore you for 15-30 minutes in drive thru, only pharmacy in MN that don’t have dog treats! Pharmacist said that Hy-Vee hates dogs....

Do NOT shop here. I have 4 children including a newborn, so going in to shop isn’t easy during this pandemic. Three times we have done order pick up and every single time our organic produce was wrong. We have been charged for the expensive stuff and given the cheaper fruit. NOT acceptable. Every time I have contacted them and they apologize and switch it out, but it just makes me think how many customers are they scamming extra money out of. Very disappointed.
