Approx 8:05 I, an African American male, visited Casey's to purchase tobacco products. I am a former employee of Casey's. I have presented my ID numerous of times. The clerk refused to sell me the tobacco product saying, "you used to work here you know the policy."About 30 minutes later my neighbor who is a white female under 30 went to purchase tobacco products from the same exact location and she was not asked forID.

I travel for work, so Casey's is up there on great gas stations to stop at, but first time using the bathroom at #3475, idk if it's like this at all Caseys but when your tp is so thin and your roll is so big and heavy that you can't pull it with out shredding it (side note bathroom was full of tp scraps most likely due to this issue), I think that's a problem that should be addressed

I went in today to grab a Gatorade and a water. The shelves were nearly empty with all the product sitting in the cooler. Then, I got in line with 6 other guests, and waited 10 minutes to get helped. I was helped by a girl who just came in, opened a register, and then proceeded to go on her phone while I waited for my stuff to get scanned. I left and told her if that was more important I will go somewhere else. I will NEVER go back to that Casey's and I will think twice before going to another location.

Snacks and drinks for the next few hours as I'm driving to Minneapolis, I stopped in and topped off the gas tank - there aren't gas stations everywhere in rural Minnesota - and popped inside.Full selection of drinks including juices and sodas. Lots of sweet and salty snacks including candy bars and various potato chips. The young lady who rang up my sale was pleasant.[Review 17857 overall - 88 in Minnesota - 1378 of 2022.]
