Scheduled an appointment for Monday. Left my vehicle by the front door all day, left messages that were not returned, and had to reschedule for later in the week. Showed up for second appt and no one was at the shop again. Left message again inquiring why I was not notified that my vehicle was not going to be seen for the second time. His voicemail says to leave a message or your call won't be returned...I've left messages and nothing gets returned. Probably for the best he didn't try installing anything.
