“Im brand new to this area. I had to get my window repaired on my new truck. Murrays team was professional and courteous from the beginning with the lady handling customer service, to the end, with the guys back in the install garage. Murray took care of me himself and he did amazing work on the window and even fixed the rubber garments that had come loose, from an after market solar panel install on the trucks roof rack. Veteran friendly business that really puts the customer first. It made my day stopping into Murrays.10/10 for quality of work and customer service. “We were in Marshall for our son’s basketball tournament, home is an hour and a half away. Our front right caliber locked up and we were calling around to every mechanic in town, and Marshall Alignment just happened to swing by his shop and answered the phone. They were closed and it’s a Sunday. He told my husband they are closed and unfortunately couldn't help. However he called back and said he has been there and asked us to bring our car in and he would take a look at it. He fixed our car, was so incredibly nice to my family, and he has great jokes! You don’t run into people like this shop very often and it was a great reminder there are still good people in the world. I hands down recommend”
