Stopped to see holiday offerings on my bicycle and was approached by worker or owner in parking lot while looking for place to secure my bike (no racks). The woman told me to move my bike to the opposite side of the store (where I could t view it) so as not to disturb the feeders, which she referred to as her customer base. She went on to say that in 20-some years, she has never locked her car, and my bike would therefore be fine non-secured and out of sight, per her favorable car experience. I think she was trying to be directive in her own way, but I didn’t feel comfortable contradicting her weird example and just left. They have a decent feeder selection, but most of the stuff in there seems like cheap fluff that will soon be in a landfill. It’s hard to find places to stop on a bike (most people I know have had at least one stolen). Mark this off the list unless you’re driving and looking for cheaply made lawn junk. By contrast, I rode my bike to a restaurant that famous Dave owns and frequents. It was raining out, and he met me at the door and told me to bring my bike inside.

We went leaf-peeping from Taylor’s Falls to Stillwater & stumbled into Crabtrees’s. What a treasure! Great assortments of bird feeders, food, lawn ornaments (huge Sasquatch display) beautiful seasonal assortments! You’ll find everything from standard to garden center eclectic & local fares.

Lots of nice things from birdseed and porch rocking chairs to beautiful clothes and jewelry, many gorgeous seasonal items too. We always love a visit here and everyone working there is friendly and helpful.

What a fun place to stop and explore all the beautiful outdoor furniture and lawn/garden ornaments, and their boutique. Whether its spring, summer or fall they always have new items that can't be found inother garden stores. Every time we stop we seem to bring home a new unique gift.

Not only does this place have garden items, bird baths, stained glass, bird seed, jams, and, misc. items, they also have a nice little boutique inside with some really interesting things and some clothing.Swing on in. There's a winery just down the road.
