If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Jess has no customer service experience. She just stands there and looks at you like you grew another head then doesn’t take any accountability for miscounting money. The lady with the glasses and the guy definitely also have attitude and don’t know how to count and short me my money then get defensive about recounting the money. There’s a reason a lot people I know don’t bank at Wells Fargo and that’s because they like to put labels on customers and belittle them. I didn’t think it was that hard to count money the correct way.

I have great experience in this Wells Fargo ! Very great customer service, Jessica M Drummond was helping me to reopen new account, she was truly helpful and made sure I was equipped with all the information I needed. Jessica is very patient to work with, and she offered to help me how to do a mobile deposit.

I would comment about the blonde manager but I see a lot of people have already commented on her horrible customer service… I will add that her behavior was very prejudice… And the encounter I had with the effeminate Caucasian male was very prejudice as well. They refused to allow me to withdraw money out of my account because I deposited a check that I did not sign on the back(even though the system already cleared the check and the money was already made available in my account) …my experience at this location was more than horrible and there’s honestly not enough words to express how they made me feel. I went into the bank as a hard working African American business owner… only to be treated like I was some criminal/scammer that had no business being in the bank… thank god I was a thousand steps ahead of them & ten times smarter otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw my money. I literally had to transfer money between my accounts in order to get my money out otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to.These two employees need to be investigated for being prejudice. They are power-hungry individuals and They are clearly working for Wells Fargo for the wrong reasons.

This is really sad …. Waiting there almost 2 hours… only one casher men today n other Asian n Indian lady were staying window side even there is no any customers at drive through…. n one lady took break almost 20 min…. There is a long line …. They don’t care ….. keep changing the tellers ….. I think the manager needs to be improve or change at this location…. Please everyone is coming here for some reason n spending lots time …. But no one cares here …. It’s not the first time …. Happens every time I go there ….

I have had my Wells Fargo account for over 40 years. I am a disabled senior citizen. Yesterday I went to the drive through because I needed two rolls of quarters so I could do my laundry. I provided a WF check for $20, my drivers license, and even my WF debit card. The person behind the glass refused to sell my the quarters because some of the information on my DL was not current. I asked if I could buy the quarters off my debit card and again I was refused because she didn't have a keypad. Shame on you Wells Fargo. You need to do better.

The last few times I've been to the Maplewood location I've had very rude jesters and smart/Alec comments from the manager Jess or Jessie.... Don't know her full name because the tag was covered by her hair..First, I had walked in with no customer anywhere I sat down where you are normally greeted by someone and everytime I've been to this location it's a complete circus..I sat down waiting in the chair for 15 mins with the tellers and everyone walking around just looking at me.... I wasn't sure what was going on I assumed everyone was busy...People started coming in and it got busy and then someone came over and asked what I was there for after 15 mins and then told me to get in line when there was 10 people in line now vs 1 when I got there.....They told me, they were busy but yet I was watching all of them sit and do nothing for 15 mins......I was negative in my account because I was out of town and I couldn't get into a bank and I had spoke with people over the phone about the situation and they said it wasn't a issue when could you come in by? I said Friday todays Thursday. I was just about to deposit about big lump some of cash and try to start a business account.Jess walked over and was rude, because I was already a bit upset for being ignored for 15 minutes. So she thought I deserved to be treated rudely and had made a bunch of smart comments, like you should have talked to the teller, will just go up to the teller, you can do that at the atm...... but yet the whole reason I needed to be there was to talk to a banker and I was rudely denied so I left.This is the 2nd or 3rd encounter I've had with Jess and every time I get smart Alec remarks. I was told something completely different over the phone then what she said to me in person...I will think about closing my account with wellsFargo and credit card in, which I was going to pay in full and I decided to leave after being treated as such.Poor business

Hello,Today I was at the drive thru window in order to withdraw money. Two employees made me feel very uncomfortable as they laughed, talked about me amongst each other, and looked at me various amounts of times. This is not how you are supposed to treat customers. I will never return to this location again!

Came in for help. They ignored us for over 1 hr and 48 mins. Other customers walks in and wants to open an account, they take them right away. My wife and was i like WOW. HOW DID THIS PLACE EVEN EXIST. Been a customer since 2006. Plus the old guy that did by the window does absolutely nothing. We watch him play with a piece of paper our whole duration there.

So as an executor/PR of an estate this is from my perspective. Aparently they won't let me write an essay. Lol The bank manager was difficult to work with. She did not listen or understand the law. She wasted my time/money a few times by her inept attitude. Finally had to have the attorney explain the basics to them. She told me a few times I'm too busy, you'll have to reschedule. My response, I did schedule?..... I'm here with an appointment? It was very apparent she thought her time was far more valuable than mine. News break honey, not accurate. Good luck, just another corporate bank that thinks you work for them? When I give people my money, they work for me! Also good luck reaching a human or getting a person to comprehend you. It will take 6 hours to get through to a human on the phone. Very snide attitude in general. I will never choose to deposit my assets at Wells Fargo. I'll stick with credit unions and gold. At this point, only thing I'll have to do with this bank is ɓuying put options on it. Maybe get my time and money back!!!

Went to the branch in regards to a home refinance......all aspects of the process was horrible!!!! At closing I became aware that Wells Fargo added a second loan and my contact was put on a 3 way call with my contact at the branch.....oh I saw that they added something that wasn't supposed to be there.....he did nothing. All Wells Fargo and the Team was only interested in there commission payday. Run away from doing any mortgages with Wells Fargo.....horrible, horrible experience!!!!!!

Switch your bank account they will hold all of your money. We have a good chunk of money, they cancelled my debit cards and basically told me I can’t spend my money unless I come take it out.

I would give zero stars if I could. This bank NEVER has enough tellers to service the amount of customers they have. It means you have to wait 15 minutes in line no matter what. So frustrating!
