It’s convenient for me I live about 10 mins away !1st time there. Drive through small on busy streets . Call ahead to have your prescription ready and check to make sure the are right before purchase.Personal lacking in friendliness, maybe hard day ? No smiles hi’s or thank you’s maybe next time .

Ridiculously terrible customer service. Very rude and would not call other locations for one of my vital medications they were out of. Told me I had to locate a store that had my medication in their store. Very dissappointed, will be changing pharmacies.

After spending the morning in the ER with my son and worrying about filling his antibiotic I was happy they were open only to be shocked that the store clerk refused to enter my FSA card number. Absolutely NO support. The strip is woren, he said to get a new one and he needed another form of payment. Would not recommend this location. Lack of technical skills for staff. Lack of respect for customers. Very disappointed in this experience.

I tried calling the Pharmacy four times in the last thee days. I was on hold over 30 minutes each time before I gave up.

Rating 4 out of 5 only because I was told a 15min. Wait to have prescription filled, and it actually took just under 90 minutes. They were quite busy, but if it's going to be that long, just be honest; it's less painful that way for everyone. Other than that, they are a very nice and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful!! P.s. I haven't had a lot of visits to this pharmacy. It might have just been an off day!

Only one person working at check out in pharmacy, drive thru not open and 14 people in line that's not moving at all. Same associate is also doing the covid vaccines as well as check out for people needing their medications.

Will never go to this store again in my life who denies a costumer to get medicine for their sick child over an ID. Worst experience who treats children like that cub foods ask for birthday they didnt deny someone over an ID to get medicine for a SICK CHILD.

2/5 would not recommend ? super slow! Every time I go there I’m in line for at least 10 minutes with one person in front of me. They told me my prescription would be done and then once I got there it wasn’t done and they told me I wouldn’t be able to get it for another 2 days.

The pharmacy drive up window has been closed for over 2 weeks, for no reason I can understand. You have to go into the store and spend 10 minutes standing in line with many people without masks. Service has always been poor, with telephone wait times up to 15 minutes.

During COVID-19, Apparently it's ok with management for their employees to wear masks hanging UNDER their noses. This is a store with medical professionals in it, but have no basic knowledge of biology or health.

NONE of the Walgreens pay their bills on time or in full or EVER! Everything is a negotiation, 6-9 months or longer after you're into a 6 figure receivable they NEVER intended to pay. Not just this location and not the local staffs fault. It's on the corporate level and especially the fraud company formerly called USM and now EMCOR who has billed Walgreens, using my companies name, Possibly/Likely collecting, but we NEVER did the service so we obviously, weren't paid. The only reason I learned of this was from a whistleblower within the company who showed me the evidence! The FEDS should be involved here as it's FRAUD ON SO MANY LEVELS and easy to find. I have the evidence of mine and 1,000's of contractors more have had the same thing happen. NEVER NEVER NEVER DO CONTRACTING WITH WALGREENS OR THEIR CONTRACTOR USM/EMCOR!
