As a young woman with limited knowledge about cars, I always dread having to get mine worked on. I was very pleasantly surprised every interaction I had with this company, though. Charlie is a very kind guy that took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my car. This place also had a comfortable waiting room with complimentary drinks and snacks, which made the experience so much better. I can not recommend this place enough

I bought my a Kia shortage in to get alternator fix. I was treated as a special person and I will be sure to let my friends and the residents in apartment building know they will get treated well and the prices are fair.

Towed in Sunday night and picked up Monday afternoon! Truck was leaking coolant on the way home on my 11 Ford F150. Got a call in the morning that the water pump was leaking. Quality services and good value. Thank you Steve!!!

They are very pleasant but they will not work with you at all. Very by-the-book, you will have to hound them and do your own research, especially if you are using interlock services. Be careful about who you trust, you might pay them twice for something they could have caught the first time.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Stopped in yesterday and had tire pressure checked since my low pressure light came on. Checked all 4 tires, very nice.

The initial service and inspection went well. However, the charges for the service was very high (brakes and rotors). Went down the street to another place for second opinion, it was HALF the price that Victory estimated.
Great service, VERY High Pricing.
