I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I was informed there would be a short wait to meet with someone who could help me. It was a shirt wait, less than 5 minutes. Akenya is the person who came to help. I needed to change carriers and needed new phones. Akenya is personable and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and made a painstaking task painless. When it came time to get the phones setup with my current number we ran into issues. The previous carrier put up EVERY roadblock they could to prevent me from keeping my phone number. Akenya tried everything she knew to help with it. Just when we thought it was a dead-end, she tried one last thing, it worked. She didn't have to take that time. She didn't make me feel like a number. She didn't rush me, she didn't try to talk me into the biggest commission, she presented me with options customized to what I was looking for. This will be my 3rd carrier in the last 25 years. If every interaction is like this one, this will be my last carrier. Thank you Akenya, I wasn't looking forward to this, you made it easy. (Added bonus, the upfront cost I expected based on what others told me from their experiences, I walked out with more than half of what I expected to spend)

After a particularly frustrating day of attempting to replace my phone, I stopped in here on a last attempt to get this chore done. Staff was attentive to what I needed and had the matter resolved in less than thirty minutes. Worth the time to visit this location over some of the others. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Customer service is horrible, especially from the manager. I came in asking for help with an issue with my phone and all they cared about was sales and didn't even give me the time of day. Don't waste your time at this store!

Went in to upgrade my phone. I have my own number and name on the account but not the “authorizing” person. I understand I needed to get my husband to put me on the account but the manager told me they could not even give me a quote to upgrade the phone.I called the number for this store and the customer service gave me a quote.I went down the street to Best Buy and they gave me quote and help me pick out the phone when I am ready.I then went to the next closest Verizon store and they gave me a quote.Do better?

I'm not a Verizon user. I'm a happy Tmobile user who came to this store in the hopes for scoring a PS5 GOW bundle which was on sale. I don't know the name of the person who helped me but she told me that as I am not a Verizon user, I cannot be sold any item from the store. Dejected, I left the store and called a few friends who might be Verizon users to see if they can help me score a PS5. After not finding anyone who uses Verizon (wonder why ??) I thought I would try another Verizon store to see if it was really true that I cannot buy an item from Verizon store. I went to the Verizon store at Woodbury and to my surprise the amazing store rep over there was happy to sell me a PS5 bundle. I was never going to move to Verizon but this experience made it certain that I never will. Kudos to the store rep at Woodbury Verizon store!

Please go with a different phone company! Verizon sucks and their customer service is awful! I had many horrible experiences with Verizon. You will not regret going with T-mobile or something else. Just avoid Verizon.

I needed to switch to ATT, but was having problems with Verizon support on the phone. Stopped in here, and their tech had my transfer port pin ready in 2 minutes. Verizon as a whole was a bad experience, but this store helped make it better.

I was lied to about whether or not my gift card had been applied to my transaction, and then lied to again when I asked to confirm the amount remaining on my gift card, so when they ran my debit card for what was supposed to be around $1.50 it actually ended up being $101.50 charged to my account. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone that has any issue other than something with a simple "yes" or "no" answerALSO, they charged me $30 to transfer my data to my new phone, then the girl just told me to download an app and transfer the data when I get home, I assume either because she didn't know how to do it properly, or she just wasn't willing to spend the time. Still took my money though.

Terrible customer service. Was greeted by the manager who wasted no time to inform us that they couldn’t help us because she had employees going home for the night. It was 40 minutes before close.. Took my business elsewhere. You should too!
