Please go with a different phone company! Verizon sucks and their customer service is awful! I had many horrible experiences with Verizon. You will not regret going with T-mobile or something else. Just avoid Verizon.

I was greeted at the door to see why I had come to the store. The service representative was friendly and was able to answer a couple of my questions, but there was an hour wait for more information and I was unable to stay that long.

Dishonest staff. Sold me an earbud claiming that the new phone I was getting was not compatible (false). Just a couple of months after buying the screen that was supposed to protect the phone, it cracked. The manager refused to replace it. Horrible customer service. I'm thinking of switching to another career even though I've been with Verizon for years.

Went in this morning to trade in our old Apple Watches for 2 new ones. Divonte was fantastic to work with. He was very polite and informative on all our options. Will definitely come back to him for anything we may need. We were not pleased with the manager on duty. I missed his name but he kept pressuring us to hurry up and it felt like he was making our rep uncomfortable. Of course this is our opinion but we did not appreciate the managers attitude toward us or our rep.

I went to this Verizon store to change cell phone carriers, combine accounts with my roommate, and upgrade phones. The store was busy when we arrived and as soon as we walked in the door, someone took my name to "sign us in" and told us someone would be able to help us soon. We waited only a few minutes before being helped by Joe. Joe was fantastic. He was friendly, courteous, patient, knowledgeable about plan options and what would work best for our needs. He was a real champ in helping up combine our AT&T accounts into one Verizon account, and import our old phone numbers. It didn't hurt that he was versed in Harry Potter and knew his wife is a Hufflepuff :-) I'm giving the store four stars instead of five because 1) Their accessory options for their Samsung phones was not especially impressive, and 2) I literally have spent less time buying a car than getting this account set up and phones purchased. That was more due to the Verizon person on the phone getting accounts and phone number transferred, so it is arguably not fair to ding the store a star for that, but I am basing my review on the whole experience. Over all, it was a positive experience. I would certainly return to this store in the future.

Brought 2 new phones in to get help finishing the setup! We were immediately met by a girl (Natalie) not sure about her name. She helped us out with our questions and set us up with a service person within 5 minutes. Quinn was able to answer our issues within minutes. A quick down load and we are back in business!! Great service!!

I think it speaks more to Verizon, the company as a whole, than this specific location but I have trouble every time I'm in here. I have never had a smooth visit to Verizon. And the clerks here can never do anything to help, just say call customer service. So frustrating.

I came in to replace my old s3. Sales girl Sarah was very helpful. I was offered 2 bottles of water while I waited. This location has public restrooms as well. They were super busy since it was a Saturday. Since this is a non-franchised location they were running a better special than what I was told by a rep on the phone in the St. Louis Park store.

It's a beautiful store. Not a retailer like some others but a corporate store. People are friendly and genuinely happy to help. I waited for about 20 min on Christmas Eve which I expected and watched all the people ahead of me getting taken care of in a timely manner. When I was done, they walked me to the door. Good stuff.
