Please don’t go here depending on who you get they can really destroy your vehicle,, I’m talking they need back to the basic training for every make and model oil changes don’t risk it.

It should be zero stars got in line at 7:45 this morning to be the first vehicle serviced and I left at 8:15 because no employee's showed up for work!!! I will not be returning to this location.

I would highly advise not visiting this location after being sent away due to the technicians being unable to change my oil because of the last time my vehicle was serviced by them Maplewood Valvoline they screwed on my oil cap too tight and "wrenched it down to hard " when last serviced it.They then offered to give me a couple of free oil changes- which I never received and told me I need to go to fire stone to get this corrected.After waiting two business days I have yet to be contacted by the store manager Josh of again Maplewood Valvoline from my visit on Saturday, February 4, 2024.I was promised that I would be given a case number and I would be followed up with immediately for resolution after I asked how they planned on resolving this issue without me having to pay out of pocket and go to another mechanic shop to resolve an issue that their shop cost to my vehicle.I am highly disappointed in this customer service.

Every time I come here for an oil change the associates are always amazing. Not once have I had a rude associate. That really makes people want to come back. You go to a lot of companies and associates are rude and don't take time with the customer. But again every time I go here they are always so nice and they don't act as if they are in a rush to get you out. Good job and keep it up

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went for an oil change. They need to educate their mechanics, I guess it depends on who is fixing your car or changing your oil. The guy helping me was nice but he did not know what he was doing. Weeks after my visit, I found out he didn’t barely filled my oil. My car started acting weird, to find out I barely had any oil left. I wished I would’ve read reviews before I went.

Kevin and his guys were very nice and professional, asked me about the holidays , offered me extra services although I didn’t get any it was very nice to be informed what my vehicle needs , bottom guy was grinding working hard and I didn’t hear a single complaint from any of these guys the whole time , GIVE ALL OF THEM A RAISE !!

I stopped last night after work, it was almost closing time. Alex (Assistant Manager) stopped at my car. I told him why I was there. He took the time to listen to what I needed. He was so professional and business like. He represents your company well. Appreciate him, I do.

Once we finally got in, they were extremely quick. We just got stuck behind someone who had much more to deal with than just an oil change and they were there for an hour or so. But they gave us a discount for the wait so that was cool.
