Called 8 days ago to ask a simple question about my account, was told someone would call me back. No call back. Three days later, I called again, got told someone would call me back. No one called me back. Then today (8 days since initial call), called again, was told I was going to be the "top priority" and get a call ASAP. No phone call back.

Drove all the way here to be turned around, the entire bank was empty but lady said we are short staffed we can schedule you an appointment. Like it’s no one else in this bank as a customer but me.

I had a complication with my mobile direct deposit. 2 weeks ago, I deposited a check for $2k from my new employer. The check was on hold for a week, which is unheard of. I consulted with the off-site banking, and they couldn't help me. So I had no choice but to come to a branch. I spoke to a beautiful bilingual teller(Spanish)! She redirected me to her manager, Tom. Tom insured me that he would have my issue resolved within 2 hours. I came into the branch at 2 PM and Tom called me at 3:50 PM. Tom notified me that my funds have been released from my hold of my current new employer check. This is a prime example of excellent customer service. Thank you for doing business with me and managing my accounts for over 10 years! Happy holidays, and God bless!

If there was a zero I would pick it! First the bank allowed someone to change my address but this is not a location specific but this weekend a brown haired white girl that was working as a teller accused me of having a fake ID and got the Asian guy and Indian girl agree with her but then wouldn't call the police and gave me back the ID she claimed is fake which is wrong in so many ways because if someone is walking around using my ID and claiming to be me, this teller allowed that person to continue! This is a huge problem! They need to be fired!

I would make sure to triple count your money when taking out withdrawals specially if Ben is your teller. I was shorted $500 and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Wasn’t even told I’m sorry this happened, you would think after banking somewhere for over 10 years you would get better customer service. Cherry on top was I had to call to follow up, branch manager could’ve even be bothered to call me.

Erika Rozales was so helpful! I was having problems with my account I was trying to start with US Bank, and she helped me from start to finish and I left with my temporary debit card and checks in the mail! She is an excellent employee and extremely helpful and kind. She definitely deserves all the recognition, it makes me overjoyed to know that there are employees of this stature and knowledge base working at my new bank ♥️.

Tom Robinson is our business and our family banking adviser for years. We only trust him and always have quick respond from him. As a Branch Manager he provides us an excellent services we couldn't get from any where else. Just so you know we are much appreciated you Tom!Mike's Auto Repair

Went inside the branch to use the coin machine. As I walked in there were four tellers behind the counter and no one else was in the lobby well in line. You’ll think someONE will greet me as I walk in but no, not one person said hello welcome in nothing but they definitely stared and some continued their conversation amongst one another. The person I am I spoke up and said hello and no response. It’s sad because I used to be a teller for the Oakdale location and we did not play that, our customers were like family and we treated them as such. It’s a disappointment, Maplewood is closer to my new home, but I’ll take the drive over to Oakdale for better customer service forsure!

This bank is horrible. The Branch Manager, Mr. Tom Robinson, was supposed to close my account due to "suspicious activity.". Found out later Mr. Robinson neglected to close the account. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my finds out of my account, which were supposedly mailed. Call holding times are excessive when you call in for assistance, one half hour or longer. This is a bank that claims five star banking services. Other branches of USBank closed without notice, forcing customers like myself to drive to other locations. This great "5 star service" from a bank who has cost me over $5,000 in bad information from employees, managers who can't close an account when you have your home mortgage, checking and saving account relationship with them for more than 10 years. All they care about is making their CEO rich.
