They sold and got me financing on a suv and timing chain broke 3 months later that split the cams and threw all the valves off and they wouldn't help with repair I wouldn't recommend they're crooks

PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! These guys will not let u test drive without having cash also DADDY AND SON ARE RUNNING A BIG SCAM! Been 7 monthe and I’ve spent thousands on repairs on the car and haven’t not gotten my title yet! PLZ PLZ SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

I checkout the car and during test drive AC stopped working check engine light came on, I bought the car and the guy told me to bring the car in on the next business day since I got the car on weekend! Then they refused and said u already bought the car, & that they can’t fix it! Haven’t gotten my title of the car or tabs either, I would highly not recommend buying from these guys at all

Terrible service came here to come look at a car today. Was asking questions and seeing if I can take it out for a test drive and wouldn’t allowed me cause I had no money on me. And wouldn’t even let me to take it outside to have a closer look at it. I agree with everyone that review it with 1 star terrible service, scam, and bad vehicles. Wish I can give a 0 star no wonder this place has a 2 star terrible service.

Purchased a vehicle from them in 2019. It was my first car so I didn’t need anything fancy and found a 2003 Ford Escape there. Everything was great until it was time to get my tabs the following year. Mind you, I had still never received the title to that car and STILL HAVENT! Got a letter at the dmv stating that the title was never released to the dealer from the previous owner. Sent the letter to this dealership and they said they would handle it and I haven’t heard from them since and still no title. The car has since gone to the junkyard because the frame was so terribly rusted that it wasn’t safe to drive anymore and the engine locked up. Would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would heavily advise against using this company to find a car, They were incredibly rude during the whole ordeal and lied about the condition of the vehicle, The clutch went out within a few hundred miles of purchase, and after that expensive repair, the problems with rust started to show.They told me the truck had rust prevention work done to the frame. What they really meant is they spray-painted over all of the rust so it looked rust free at the time of purchase, and lied heavily as to the condition of rust on the vehicle frame. Shortly later the rust on the frame overtook the entire vehicle, I've had to constantly do welding jobs to help reinforce the frame. Eventually it snapping the frame in half, making my truck unfixable and unable to be driven, and losing 90% of the cars value instantly.I thought the truck was a good deal and they were just rude, but in reality they were both rude and heavily lied to me about the condition of the vehicle. I'm out quite a bit of money due to this place, Please don't make the same mistake I did and go find a quality vehicle elsewhere.

Ecstatic. Great experience working with Quentin & Cam. Had been looking for a full size Lincoln or similar for some time. My God son found one here. 2006 Town Car, near perfect condition, low mileage, Cam provided the Car Fax with detailed past ownership (2) and previous repairs. I've had the sweet baby for over a year and haven't had an issue. My experience with the guys made me confident to send my niece there. My Dad was a Ford fleet manager for 62 years so this was not my first rodeo.

Called today about wanting to check out a Subaru Forester that they had listed on Craigslist that was available by appointment only. Immediately right off the bat the guy answering the phone is lying to me. After asking about how much interest the vehicle had been getting, he said that the vehicle was just listed for sale that same day and therefore had no information to tell me. This was extremely interesting to me because I had been eyeing it for about TWO WEEKS on Craigslist before deciding to inquire about it today. The previous ad that had been up was removed and a new, identical one has now gone up within the last 13 hours (which I assume is because the previous ad probably wasn’t getting any interest and they wanted the vehicle to stay towards the top of a Craigslist search). Not even 30 seconds into the phone call and I’m already being lied to about something that in the grand scheme of things isn’t even that big of a deal, but it makes me wonder about what other things I would have been lied to about had I moved any further with the process of trying to purchase the vehicle. After checking their website (which I had to find myself by searching the phone number online because the Craigslist ad has absolutely no information posted about the business or seller other than a phone number and the city they are located in) the vehicle isn’t even listed in their current inventory, yet is listed on Craigslist, so I have no idea what to make of that.This isn’t even mentioning how short and unpleasant the man was to talk to as he did not make me feel welcome at all and just flat-out seemed inconvenienced by me inquiring about the vehicle. I’m sure some people have had decent experiences with this business, but I would personally recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle as they just give off extremely shady and untrustworthy vibes.

This place is not a welcoming environment. Super shady and I felt discriminated against. The salesmen wouldn’t even tell me the prices. If you see any of the 5 star reviews, they are most likely from the owners and are fake (my hunch). They also don’t wear masks! Stay away from this place!

Yes Quentin does have a direct approach but don't let that scare you. We had a good experience. The Mini Cooper we test drove had two issues that Cam took care of. The car was a great find at a good price.

One of the worst customer service experience in Minnesota. Father and son business that give absolutely no care for the inconveniences they put people through. They don't care how much they inconvenience you so long as they are at a convenience. I would definitely warn whoever is reading this to stay away. There are other better businesses that take better care of its customers and those that are potential customers than this place.

What a joke!! Recently bought a truck from there. These people keep pushing and pushing to buy a car. Purchase the car and went to the dealership. One simple oil change turns to be a 3000$ job. Promise this and promise that. Dodging your call after you sign the paperwork. Don’t make a mistake like I did. Daddy and son doing a scam service!!
