girl bye, all the figures they sell here are overpriced and fake. you can tell by the paint job of the figures and the bases that they’re bootlegs lol ?. not to the mention the employees treat you as if you’re gonna rob the store and eye you every step you go. save yourself some money and time by NOT going to this store ?.

Very disappointed, I got a bootleg figure from this place. I don’t suggest going there as I’m sure all of there figures , sweatshirts and cosplay are all either stolen art or bootlegs. I’m not sure how a company can sell fake merchandise but unfortunately they do. I feel bad to the people who have been tricked by these people. Do NOT spend your money at this place . They also don’t accept returns which I find odd , and they don’t even have a website.

It was my first time been in the thunder bolt there so many of anime stuff that like I even brought this to and I brought the sweater to but in there the price is to much but I will still go in there

Store was full of just about every Pokémon plush you could think of and even had some very rare ones! Was very cool to see and to talk to the people working there was a very pleasant time. Highly recommend

First time in here, great for anime enthusiasts. Lot of variety of different anime from clothing, stuff animals, keychain, posters, and other collectables.Friendly staff and a fun place to look around for yourself or for a fun gift for friends and family. Recommend a try!

Lots of fun stuff! They have stuff for every anime fan including plushies, cosplay, figures, stickers, packs, posters, rugs and more! Owner was very kind and pleasant to talk to. Recommend making a stop here for your anime needs!

Have been coming here since the original location and I've shopped here multiple times solo and with friends, and the service, employees and owner are phenomenal every time.If you're looking for anime, pop culture, or tcg items, in my opinion Thunderbolt will definitely have something for everyone.

Love visiting this store! They’ve got a great selection of hoodies, anime merch, Pokemon cards & other gift items.The owners are awesome to chat with, prices are reasonable & I would definitely recommend checking them out if you happen to stop by at the mall.

I agree with the comment about the following while I was there visiting with my father the lady kept following us and I was paranoid and uncomfortable. And not much to take even if someone wanted to all looks like bought from amazon.
