Only giving for stars because the rep who helped me was so cold and unfriendly. He quickly fixed my phone though, so mixed emotions I guess. Otherwise, I love T-Mobile and their stores are so nicely laid-out. I also like their large selection of phone choices.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Typically customer service isn’t bad with T-Mobile very attentive and helpful, genuinely caring. But the person I worked with was horrible and did not seem to care what was going on. Constantly walked away to assist others did not really answer any questions. Then I left my mom behind to continue getting a new phone and he did not help set up the phone at all. I would not recommend going back to this t mobile or working with Zak. I just had to go look through my recent transactions to figure out the reps name cause he never really introduced himself when I was there. His name was Zak. I would never recommend him to anyone. Each time we asked a question he would just give us a weird look as if we were idiots and gave a run around answer that wasn’t really an answer. Now my mom’s not really great with English but she knows a good amount to converse with people and I’ve worked retail selling phones before but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve seen anywhere. 0/10 would recommend working with the guy. The other employees there seemed attentive and helpful with the people they were working with he did not. No one checked us in when we got there which isn’t a huge issue because we were helped after being there for about 20-40 mins after he told us to go to the table and he’d be right with us. I asked him if I could go because I had an appointment and needed to go he said I had to be there than disappeared for over 10 minutes. When he came back I asked again and he said I could add her as an authorized user in which I did so that was about the one and only useful thing he did. He spent more time walking around than he did helping us with anything. So I just went straight to the point to get an upgrade on my phone, even with that the guy took forever to get the ball rolling. I remember when T-Mobile took pride in customer service. Now I’ve said my piece thank you for the usually good customer service but this sales rep needs to go through some sort of training on customer service. Also seemed like he was treating certain people different than others.

Tong was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knows how to help an older baby boomer with tech problems! The store personnel were very friendly too.

They should say that the closing time is 7:20 pm instead of 8:00 if they do not plan to receive anyone, I understand that they do not have to spend more time after their departure time, but they did not ask what we needed, they just told us that They couldn't have any more people

We’ll never go to another T-Mobile location again. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and Jose. Extremely professional, fast and attentive. Went there for home internet and we were in and out within 20 min. Their customer service is unfounded anywhere else now days. Stop wasting your time elsewhere! Go see these guys!

If all you need is a screen protector replacement you shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes. Have a designated person to take care of quick problems like these. It’s painful to watch how lazy TMobile workers are. So lazy that the store manager can walk around with a tablet to sign people in but can’t take a quick second to grab a replacement screen protector for a customer. Customer service = non-existent.

Tyler was awesome going above and beyond with customer service. I had a lot of anxiety thinking some benefits were going to expire and Tyler helped me sort through the mess. Furthermore, he was very patient and answered all my questions. Definitely the customer service that I remember from back in the day. Great store with lots of products and variety.

Brendan Mayhew is hands the best tmobile workers I've ever interacted with. Extremely friendly, personable, and knows exactly what he's doing. Will wait in store for him to finish with other customers so he can work with me. Down to earth guy and looks out for your best interests. Will definitely return and have spread the word about Brendan at the maplewood tmobile store

One of their workers, Allison, told me that I would be able to get the first responders discount because I had my CPR certification and said I would get an email to send confirmation on it. But she LIED!! I never got an email or anything. Called customer service and was told that Allison advised false information to me. How unfortunate.I asked her if she was positive about what she was saying and she said “yeah, I’ve confirmed it with my manager.”Also, called her at the store because I hadn’t received the email and kept telling me to wait. Never got the discount. Obviously. Wish I could have worked with someone who was honest.Please, don’t let your workers false advertise.

The first person here was helpful to warranty my new broken phone. Then suprised the hours changed so drove there for nothing even though Google said it was open. The person who activated my new phone didn't offer any helpful advice to transfer things over. Said here you go have a nice day and on to the next. As for TMobile in general... problems from day 1 switching over. Conning me into a phone that broke within months, expensive plan and had to call about 4 times to get my number changed over. The even left me phoneless for 24 hours because they messed up porting out my number. Didn’t give me the promotion they conned me with for 3 months and many calls/wasted time. Wish I had just stayed with Verizon, will go back there as soon as I can.

The sales girl was kind of a drip. I was very happy that they would recycle my old phones. It's not their fault that my 6-foot extra charging cord cost $25!!! Smile, girl! ?
