I brought my vehicle here for an alignment. They told me they could not do an alignment. They gave me an estimate of almost $2500 to replace shocks, struts and springs. I got an estimate at another shop. The people at the other shop literally showed me all the parts under the car once it was on the lift. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them, they did not need to be replaced and I just needed a 4 wheel alignment. ?

I absolutely love this place, the employees, the prices and their work. I will not take any vehicle anywhere else. They are always so accommodating when I need their help and they don't over charge for anything. the employees are so nice and respectful as well and super helpful with everything and explaining things correctly too.Services: Electrical repair

This is a great local business that you can completely trust to fix your vehicle the right way the first time. And at an affordable cost. Everyone was kind and friendly. I highly recommend Sparks.

I live in Eden Prairie (about 45 minutes away) but my car broke down in the area. The staff is remarkably friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I am astounded that the prices are so much less than I would have paid anywhere else. My 2009 Toyota Camry with over 200k miles needed an alternator, battery and I had the oil changed. Now that I am looking at the itemized receipt I will say this: the battery replacement was $100 less than I would pay at my normal service station. The oil change was $30 less that I would have paid normally. Even though I live on the other side of town, it's highly probable that I will be back in the future for regular maintenance, etc. Thank you, Sparks Affordable Automotive!!

Family owned business. The owner is the best mechanic you will find. I personally have been in the salvage business for 34 years and will only refer customers to this shop and owner. They experience in this shop can only be graded by your personal experience.Services: Transmission

The owner of the shop and his wife both work at this location. Why is this important? This means the wife can treat you how ever she wants, be as rude and disgusting as she pleases. I went here to get my car calibrated, the wife unplugs my car and comes back 35 minutes later to tell me that I need a new camera. I asked her a question and she proceeds to tell me I can find somewhere else to go unplugs my car and throws the machine into my lap. She then goes on to scream that she will have me kicked off the program, that she's sick of "you people" yelling at her. I told her I hope she has a better day and left.I called to make the manager aware of the issue and he tells me I can stop right there, that's his wife and she can tell you to go to he** if she wants. I told him I was going to just write a view about the behavior. He called me back AGAIN to tell me he would get me kicked off the program. The treats just don't stop! I got another call from them but I didn't answer. Just blocked the number. Wow! Remarkably unprofessional! I understand everybody has bad days but, this type of behavior is unacceptable!!!

Very knowledgeable folks. They even worked on my 99 F350 XLT 7.3L diesel. This kind of knowledge is hard to find. Thanks for helping me with it. I'll be back for other stuff and other vehicles.

Had 3 separate repairs done at this shop at first few times it was cool until i went to the dealership after doing a diagnostic with Sparks. The dealer said something wasn't connected after a oil changes, and i was being proactive and let sparks know what they said and I got shamed from sparks and the lady was rude saying not to come back. Isn't a repair shop suppose to answer questions from customers that is trying to find answers? Well can't ask Sparks they will tell you to never come back. I find it funny that the county referred me to this shop but they don't have patience for those questions. I won't be coming back they too rude for me. Yep i said what i said. I'll take my money and car elsewhere

I had a very good experience at the shop. I came in last minute with an issue and they nearly bent over backwards to get me in and avoid me having to rent a car. Every single person I spoke with was extremely friendly and they definitely went out of the way to make sure that my car was in good shape. They also did an inspection for me before my cross country move and made sure everything was in working order for the drive. This is not a shop that will try to sell you something you don't need. Honest, reliable, courteous.

Amazing! Service. I blew 2 rear break lines, I called Sparks about 2:30pm and they told me to bring it in. I dropped it off about a hour later and had it back next day at 2:30 pm. I’d recommend Sparks in a heart beat!

I brought my 2016 Ford Transit in to get the exhaust manifold replaced. Bolts broke and the manifold warped. They got the job done in a timely manner and treated me with respect when I asked questions.

Came in for an alignment, they aligned my wheels as best as they could and told me all that was wrong with my car. They werent able to fully align one of my wheels because of an accident and charged me nothing and referred me to a frame alignment shop. I really appreciate the honesty and customer service. I plan on coming back here for any of my mechanic needs that can't be done myself.
