This was the first time using you or having a cleaning person. Coleman was our cleaning person and we were thrilled with the job he did! He was very polite, detailed in his work, very respectful of our home and made our bathrooms look like a hotel when he was done ? We would highly recommend this service.

The Sparkle Plenty team saved my life! I’m not embarrassed to have anyone in my house now. From the day I first called Sparkle Plenty, I was struck by their compassion and passion for what they do! Due to health and life issues over the last few years, the house got away from us and things got messy and dirty to where my mother and I could not catch up. Something needed to be done! If any of you are like my mom or I, it’s hard to ask for help. I googled cleaners in Woodbury and I called a few and was not impressed. Then I saw Sparkle Plenty listing and saw that it is woman owned and the liberal in me called. From the moment I talked to Lynne, I was hooked. After a few false starts on our end (hospital stays), I finally connected with the extremely helpful Chelsea and scheduled a deep cleaning. Sparkle Plenty sent Jodi and Coleman, who were the answer to my prayers! While Coleman was sent on a quest to search for Bigfoot in the upstairs bath, Jodi went about going above and beyond by fixing some weird stuff with our railings, and most of all vacuuming the cat tree! She flipping vacuumed the cat tree!!! I went into this only expecting them to get the most important rooms done to me, the upstairs bath, kitchen, and entryway. They also got the upstairs living and dining room, plus the downstairs bath! Jodi and Coleman are a dynamic duo, they went above and beyond and were super nice and empathetic, just what I needed in my situation. I want to invite every first responder who has been to our house since last spring to see that we don’t live like that and look how great our house can be! I had so much shame and it is so hard for me to ask for help but I am so thankful that I reached out to Sparkle Plenty! I will be having them back to take care of the other rooms in the house when ready and then on a regular basis so this does not happen again. So if you are in a dire cleaning situation or just need a cleaning service, call Sparkle Plenty. You will be glad that you did. Thank you again, Sparkle Plenty, you guys ROCK!!! P.S. Coleman did not find Bigfoot, but came close;)

Got two floors of my home deep cleaned with the help of 3 folks from Sparkle Plenty. The proposals for cleaning were clear on the expectations. The folks who did our deep clean were timely, friendly, and thorough and exceeded expectations. Love that Sparkle Plenty is local, socially minded, and full of folks who enjoy what they do - helping people.

This is going to be an interesting one. I have been a customer of this service for 10+ years.
In the early years, the service was great, their cleaners were great and did an awesome job.
Subsequently, the cleaners they sent were just not as efficient and took a really long time to finish the same amount of work. On several occasions, they arrived almost two hours late (I discussed this with the owner but she claims they have GPS trackers on their cleaners so this could not have been the case). Oh well, we had people that were at home as witnesses, but we left it at that.
We have stuck with them when they were a growing business and even endured some really bad cleaning jobs.
Last month, they increased our fee by almost 30%, claiming it takes a really long time to clean our house. When I discussed this with the owner, she gave use the usual reasons that any business gives, which is fine. We were not happy but we understood (inflation and all that).
And now, we received an email from the owner saying they can no longer provide us the service. Which is fine, if it's not cost effective to them, that's OK but it's really the unprofessional manner in which this was done that's concerning. They could have told us this the last time they did our cleaning, that would have given us time to find someone else. It's almost time for our next cleaning, and this is when they choose to tell us, so now we have to go longer between cleanings till we find someone else. This is difficult for two busy professionals to find a new cleaning service at the drop of a hat.
In a nutshell, I feel like the owner did a bad job of managing the cost of running her business, suddenly increasing the cost by 30% is not good business management (were you asleep at the wheel year over year as your profits were falling?). The middle manager Chelsea is almost always rude when we talk to her, although we never complained about this (this is noted in someone else's review as well, so not just us).

I highly recommend Sparkle Plenty. Same cleaner for long stretches of time. Great cleaning. Efficient and consistent. When my loved was struggling with dementia the cleaner and the admin were very compassionate and professional around the occasional difficult moments.

The team did an amazing job and took great care in cleaning our house. They were very nice and great to talk too. They paid close attention to things I didn’t even think of which was wonderful. We had a thorough walkthrough after they were done and everything looked great! Definitely recommend and would have them back any time
