Went shoe shopping with dad today couldn't find any at the mall ended up at encode across the street from the mall about 1:00 p.m. didn't get the lady's name but oh my gosh was she ever helpful and willing to help us beyond what u can get at any footlocker now a days the selection was huge they moved 2 months ago by mickey D's, Burlington. I recommend the shoe store name brands and all socks, backpacks etc. I definitely will be stopping there first for me. I'm my grandson, 10 stars.
And thank you so much for all. They help you gave us today

I do not recommend this store if you have small feet! Im a size 6 sometimes 5 1/2. I saw on the website that some of the shoes I was interested in come in a size as small as 5. I looked at many of the shoes and it seems the smallest they carry is size 7.

Where are the shoes?!It used to be a decent spot to purchase affordable and decent shoes... a few years ago.Today, not so much. The store is a massive mess, displays empty, tons of empty boxes with no shoes at all, and lack of service/help in the store.I spent about an hour just trying to find a pair, and when I did, I eventually found my size. The only other matching size is for the same foot.Same copy-paste response from whoever handles responses to reviews for months. Honestly surprised, they are still open. The few customers that were actually there also walked out empty-handed.

This place is not even open at 6:30 and they said their hours go till seven. They are bogus as hell. I’ve had many issues with this place in the past as well. Letting people go ahead of us in line as well…. Poor management!!?

I have been to this store many times before and always left satisfied typically. Today as we anticipated finding shoes at this location for our kids for school.... we left within only a minute or so of entering the store.... the entire place was a disaster with boxes and shoes and tissue paper from boxes all over... every isle looked like a tornado went through... passing the check out counters you could see the same situation in and around it. There's no way we were searching through that mess to try and locate anything that could fit our kids as there were also many different shoes in wrong shelving spaces. I hope the place can get more help or someone that cares about the store and its customers so we can go back and actually purchase items next time.

We went to the store in Maplewood mall, in Maplewood Minnesota. It was Saturday afternoon. There were employees there, but they would not help us. In fact, one sat in the middle of the shoes on his phone and wouldn't move when he was in the way. They didn't care whether we left or stayed or bought anything or not. When we wanted to try on the left shoe after finding a suitable right shoe, we were told we had to go buy it first. That was when we left. Ultimately, we bought shoes at another store. I probably won't go back to your store ever again.

Bought shoes and was excited to wear them to work the next day but to discover I had two different sized shoes making them useless! The lady never checked the shoes and since I never shopped there before I had no idea they have the other shoe in the back, so if that’s the case why did the employee forget something important like that? . My mom called and they found the missing pair of shoes in the back and told them I’d be there Friday. Went there Friday and store was closed even though it should of been open and the employee never said anything about the store being closed that day so wasted my time. Finally got the shoes switched the following week and felt the employee treated it like a simple mistake when it was not. Overall wouldn’t shop there again.

My wife and her family was out shopping and were going to purchase 4 pairs of shoes but in the process of shopping, a few boxes of shoes were knocked over by some other customer and my wife's sister happened to be in the area. The employee accused her of knocking the boxes of shoes over and said that she needs to pick up the boxes and restack it nicely. My wife's sister said it wasn't her but the employee wouldn't listen to any of it.Fast forward to the register, the same employee tells the cashier to deny us the sale of 4 pairs of shoes because she thought my wife's sister was the one who caused the few boxes of stacked shoes to fall and make a mess.This incident happened on 10/15/22 at roughly 4:30pm or so. What exactly are these employees paid to do? Because they definitely aren't trying to boost the store sales, clean the store because of how messy it was in general to begin with. What an embarrassment of a bunch of incompetent employees.

This store is disgusting, the ladies are sitting on their phones while there’s shoes and boxes thrown EVERYWHERE. You can barely even walk in the place, The owner who’s in another state should be coming here and look to see how this place is and they would NOT like it.

The store had a lot of inventory though a lot of it was on the floor and few display shoes actually had their stock nearby. Right off the bat we were hit with about six handwritten signs with different information. It was a bit insulting to see that and then the store looked like a tornado had gone through. Then there was the staff.... they were rude and it seemed like the idea that peoples were lined up to buy shoes was an inconvenience. The name brand shoes only had one in the box which is a pain when needing to try on shoes. It would have been helpful if the clerk said something before going to the back to get the other shoe. I worked in customer service for many years and I can say that as a customer I felt unappreciated and unimportant. When I buy shoes a "Thank You" would have been nice.

Picked out shoes for granddaughter. They only have one shoe in the box. Clerk couldn't find the other one. So we picked out another pair. They couldn't find the other one for that one either. Smelled so bad of weed when we walked in the store.
