Why is there only one person working and she is cashier so you have to bring the shoe to front and she has to go to back to bring the other sude

Will never go back. Customer service is a joke here. Waited over 20 minutes in line with only one other person in line in front of me. Prices are expensive. And employee was rude not helpful and didnt say they were sorry or anything.

So I checked the time to make sure store was open before we went. Got there at 10:22am, and 1 employee was standing outside the store because the manager is LATE!!! Really irresponsible, how can an employee come on time but the manager couldn't.
